For our part, we stayed on the beach, because it rents deckchairs with all the snorkeling equipment With an excellent restaurant, a truly memorable welcome, because it is a family that manages the restaurant plus the accommodation Very welcoming people very warm. We stayed four days in Ahmed and to tell the truth we did four days with them with a Snorkeling activity yes it takes us to the three important spots in Ahmed (visit of a boat wreck, corals and fish, turtle)

Warung with loungers and umbrellas on the beach at Jemeluk Bay. Loungers are free if you eat there. The food is OK, the prices are relatively cheap. Good spot for snorkeling, the underwater temple is straight ahead. Quite a lot of street vendors come by and talk to you.

The Beten Enjung home stay has been a great place to stay. We have stayed nextdoor at the Blue Star previously and after reading the reviews we thought we would give the Enjung a try. It has been a great choice, the food has been fantastic. Lunch yesterday was grilled calamari and grilled mahi mahi, just superb. We also had a great fish curry that I will be ordering again

On the positive side, I rate the location on the sea and the convenience of sitting on the sunbeds facing the coral reef.Unfortunately the beach in Amed is nothing special and the urban area is a bit of a disaster. The only road available is a sieve.Regarding the home stay it is very simple, the rooms and especially the bathroom should be renovated and more than one electrical socket would be needed in each room. On the other hand, the price is quite low.The cuisine however is excellent. They have phenomenal coconut sauce and beautifully cooked barracuda. Nothing to complain about the warung cuisine, in fact I'm very surprised.

We spend day at the beach renting beach beds from them. It’s a great deal since beds are free of charge as long as you eat lunch there. Food is very tasty and prices are very reasonable:) Try grilled fish 😋

I’ve been coming here for years.For what you pay- it’s terrificOwners are very caring for fulfilling your needs and pleasing you.Breakfast is made for you each morning and hot water delivered in a flask onto your verandah with coffee etc to make yourself coffee/tea.Location is the biggest draw card- being right on the beach. From your room is maybe 20 meters to the waters edge and coral gardens I spend hours exploring each day.If you want fancy- it may not be for you. If you want a great location and lovely family home stay feel you’ll love it.Bathrooms are dated but the cleaners do a good job.

Nice quiet place to enjoy coconut and swim, haven't tried the food. But please change the disposable plastic straws to reusable metal or paper ones 🙏🏼

Ask yourself, what am I going to the beach for? this is a great and reasonable place to stay, the staff is warm and friendly and very helpful. You can walk right from your room to the beach and have a chair under an umbrella all day long. You should give this place a try! and the snorkeling is absolutely amazing!!

Great location in front of the sunken temple, and nice sun umbrellas (free for customers). Very friendly staff and good service. The food (moderately priced) was unfortunately not so good, the oil smelled old and the nasi goreng was more cooked/steamed than fried.

This place is good and strategic for us to go on holiday with the family... here we also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner at fantastic prices. You can use sunbeds to sunbathe and relax. The place is close to the snorkeling center, only 5 meters from the beach.
