Title: Kind staff, well-kept outdoor area and an area with good local Restaurants and Cafes and the nice Lipah Beach+ Kind and smiling owner and staff+ Open air bathroom+ Nice bed with mosquito net+ Silent aircon+ Well cared outdoor area+ Housedog and Birds are making nice moments+ 1 minute walk to Lipah Beach (colorful fishes, corals and turtles)+ Good Restaurants and Cafes nearby- Wifi connection sometimes strong sometimes weak. Sometimes the connection lost. Definitely not suitable for digital nomads- The house no.1 was very leaky, everywhere the mosquitos could come in even there is a mosquito net. The doors and windows are old.I bought some products from the supermarket to control the situationo This area is like a village. The works in the hotel like trimming the gras or other things what makes noise was mostly after 3 pm where slowly the guests came back from anywhere.The most guests are not in room after 10 am, why they cannot make that noisy works after this time??? At night the dogs are sometimes barking the roosters are very early active. Beautiful establishment very well located facing the beach and well maintained with a very nice swimming poolComfortable rooms with air conditioning.Ignore the ants who don't like mosquito repellent π, and the dust on the bed frame....You have all the amenities (taxi scooter snorkelling massages, etc.) at Roy's just opposite the hotel to whom you can contact directly.

The cabins were very nice with private terraces. View to the beautiful and well-maintained garden was very, very nice. The beach access is just straight out of their gate across the street. Could not ask for better location for accommodation, that is not on the beach itself. The owner couple are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good (scrambled eggs on bread, fruitplate/smoothie, coffee). Good value for the money!

Very good location for snorkeling.Lots of animals in the bungalow. Ant streets on the wall in the bungalow and the shower and crawling animals in the bed, greeted by half-dead "beetles" at the door to the shower. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Not for long stay due to poor hygiene. Air conditioning is good, but looks dirty, probably nicotine.Original price should be β¬23. The garden naturally attracts many insects.Few sockets.Bar with live music next door and right on the main street, so often loud until 10 p.m. And then the usual Dogs and Roosters π concert.
