The girl at the reception is very unpleasant, bad answers. 150k IDR to wash 4kg of clothes and I get the impression that they just put them in water.

It was a nice environment but the rooms weren't that clean. We had at least one cockroach in the bathroom that lives in the wall.The sea view suite also had almost no view of said sea.However, very nice staff. We were allowed to leave our backpacks on site for a few hours after checking out.

VERY BAD service. I had booked and deposited a long time ago and suddenly it was canceled on the D DAY with the reason that the rooms were fullVery disappointed!👎

I booked at half price and it wasnt even worth that. Scratchy sheets, tin pots (if you can even call them as much), the floors were so gross it was clear they couldn't be bothered to sweep. You can't close the windows so you end up with so many mosquitos inside at night. Fans and AC dont/barely work past 20°c. Good enough location and friendly employees

* stay 1 night 1 room on 7 June 2024* Initially we (3 of us) had agreed to book a room at Double One Villas and Restaurant via b**king.c*m* After a while we were called by the villa that the room we ordered was full/not available (forgot)* Finally we were advised to move here (double one villas II) with a cheaper price* It looks like this villa has been built for a long time, visible from the building structure and furniture inside* Even so, the contents are quite complete, there is a dining room with chairs and table, there is a kitchen with equipment, a gas stove ready to use, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, toaster oven, refrigerator, etc.* 2 beds, 1 double and 1 single with 3 bath towels* cupboard (only 1 door left), AC (working well)* The bathroom is quite spacious, there is a sitting toilet (which is quite crusty), a washbasin (water disposal is not smooth), a capstool, a shower with hot water, tissues but there is no trash can.* there is a terrace with chairs and tables for relaxing

The rooms are not looked after. The toilet does not flush, the shower barely flows, Wi-Fi only works outside and only at a very low speed. Everything is rusty and stained... The kitchen is just for show, there is no saucepan, no knife, no kettle, the frying pan is broken. The mattress has large stains, there is a large hole in the wall where the air conditioner is for wiring.On the plus side there is a fan, a nice swimming pool, air conditioning and toilet paper.
