HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.They searched our luggage and stole an article of clothing... we searched the entire room and it was nowhere to be found. Days after we left the hotel, they sent us a photo of the article of clothing as if it were lying there (which is impossible because, as I have already said), said we searched the ENTIRE room). They did not give us any solution during the last days of the stay, we even noticed that they were laughing among themselves, which we did not like at all. It should be noted that once they sent us the photo of the garment where we had actively and passively looked at every corner of the room, we told them that we were going to report them to booking, they became aggressive, having a somewhat heated call even with the owner of the hotel that only accused us of aggressively losing it, without even asking and immediately threatened to report us to the island's police. Finally we recovered the garment... we did have to return to the place ourselves, but it is an experience that had never happened to us in any hotel and it left a very bad taste in our mouths, completely ruining the experience... And we hope it doesn't happen to anyone else... Add to that the water dispenser did not have cold water which is essential there and the bathroom smelled really bad.

Room rented for two nights, we were forced to change locations from the first night. Cockroaches and ants roaming the room in numbers. We tried to contact the staff via WhatsApp without ever getting a response from them, a shame! To flee.

A small oasis in Amed. Small hotel with only 8 rooms. Impeccable daily cleaning, very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious, with a refrigerator and terrace. Semi-uncovered bathrooms depending on room type.Breakfast is varied and served in an original way.Beautiful and well-kept gardens, very clean pool. A very quiet hotel.

We took the family room, the main bed was perfect, good bedding with mosquito net, but the upper bed was not comfortable without a mosquito net while the ceiling overlooking the outside does not protect against insects. Very good breakfast! In addition, the manager works with unscrupulous taxis, if you want to take a ride find another place for the pickup where it will be extorted

I spent 8 nights at Teratai and can 100% recommend! Everything was perfect, exceptional staff and facilities, the pool is simply divine, as was the room, service, and breakfast! They will also help with taxis, scooters, day trips, anything you need. I will definitely stay here again! They bend over backwards to make you feel at home. Very close to restaurants and the beach. If you're a diver, they also have their own dive centre and will take you to the best dive sites, including trips to Nusa Penida, and all you have to do is dive and enjoy! :)

We were warmly welcomed by the manager who was very helpful. However, this place is quite run down and doesn't look like the pictures anymore. The room was not clean, it was full of ants and a lot of mold in the (semi-open) bathroom. The breakfast was fine with a nice, creative twist. Unfortunately, after a look in the kitchen, we did not order this again. We left a day earlier than planned.Amed seems to have collapsed badly during the covid lockdowns and is under construction again, so there is a lot of dirt and building construction everywhere.

Great place! The room was clean and welcoming, and the pool was so perfectly refreshing. Lovely food, amazing staff, and awesome diving in 5 different sites around Amed, including the USAT Liberty shipwreck, ranked second best wreck diving in the world 😊
