The most strategic location, the staff served in a friendly manner, very clean and homely1. Prices are very pocket friendly2. Ample parking3. 2 stars because the review 5 months ago was the same as my complaint and apparently 5 months later it was still the same, meaning there was no desire to improve.1. The room is dirty, there are lots of cobwebs.2. There is a lot of dust on the back of the cot.3. There was even deodorant on the back of the cot and it was so sticky that I didn't throw it away, meaning it had been there for a very long time and I finally threw it away.4. There are no trash cans in the room.5. There are several pins on the back of the cot used by other visitors, very dangerous.6. They said there was hot water, but I didn't feel the benefit, aka the water was cold.7. There were complaints on the glass from previous visitors and it was still stuck 😅

the building is relatively new..clean and near the Arjuna temple area plus near the center of the crowd..everything is just a walk away...the owner is very friendly...

Good location, but the accommodation is not well maintained. The mattress is uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is dirty, the toilet seat is broken, the hot water often goes out. The food provided is some tasteless.
