The place is good, you can get a good view from the room, but choose a room on the 3rd floor... and it's worth it...There's a kitchen, it's proper, if you bring raw materials you can cook, the bathroom has warm water, okay...

like a boarding house, the bathroom is narrow, the price doesn't match the quality!!! The parking lot is narrow, stuffy, but the lady was friendly and helped me get things upstairs.

I ordered two rooms:1. The second floor room near the balcony is a bit smelly and too narrow, not worth it for the price of 450 thousand2. Rooms on the 3rd floor are okay, only the water heater doesn't turn on, the water looks like ice3. The room lights are dim/dark so it's a bit creepy4. The car park is a bit narrow, the location at the entrance to the alley makes it a bit difficult to enter/park5. It's just that the ladies are friendly, okay?6. Fast WiFi is okay7. The mat doesn't absorb water so it gets a bit wet near the bathroom area8. More sockets can be added
