Last Friday, October 4, 2024, I ordered online the hotel, Arjuna 2, far from Jakarta to Dieng. I saw the hotel, oh my gosh, it's like a hotel without people, it's like a hotel that's never been occupied, it's like an empty hotel for a long time, it's not in a place, rubbish is strewn about, it's really dirty, it's really like calling someone half the time I waited for an hour and no one showed up. It took 1 hour. In the end, no one was ready. Finally I went home. JD was at the hotel when I saw it and I was amused. The stairwell room was so dirty, it looked like it had never been cleaned. It was like the hotel was empty and uninhabited. Don't even order online at Hotel Arjuna 2. KA is not suitable for habitation

The bed sheets were dirty with spots, the windows were dirty with lots of dust, the toilet was shaking, the floor was dirty, the table on the balcony had lots of graffiti, no towels were provided, hopefully it can be repaired again

The room is noisy because there are lots of vehicles passing by, breakfast should be included. Hot water does not function properly, there is no TV remote, limited vehicle parking, the waiter is also not on standby to explain to guests regarding the homestay facilities. WiFi was not provided, luggage bags were not brought up even though the stairs to the second floor were quite high, the room floor was dirty. Friendliness towards customers needs to be improved.

We stayed at Arjuna 1 homestay for 1 night. For managers, pay more attention to cleanliness. The carpet in the room is very dirtyThe sheets and pillowcases had spots everywhereThe room is stuffy because of lack of circulation
