The staff doesn't talk to customers at all. The room is ok, not very old, but the staff doesn't speak well.... I called to talk and came to look at the room, but they didn't let me come and say that cleaning the room wasn't finished. Will I take the room if I don't? Someone else gave it to someone else. We were forced to stay here because it was opposite the factory. Let me tell you, if we weren't working late, we definitely wouldn't be staying. Next time, I'm afraid.

I won't be able to check in and make the room in time, telling the customer to come at 3 or 4 p.m. If I'm not working late at the factory, I won't take a break. Can't call to ask about TV. The electrical wire was stolen. He told me it was late, so why would I look at it? Isn't he sleeping? What's the matter with him not sleeping? Oh, do I have to notify the customer first? The price is already calculated in full. If the room isn't ready, I will choose to stay in the one that is ready. You can pay more. The words of the person in charge who asked me to speak to the customer were nicer. Listening to them made me sound irritated. Not worth listening to. The service needs to be improved. Next time, I think I won't stay here. The next resort is close to many markets. It's better to drive again. Anyone who is staying here can try it. You will be very impressed.
