They burned our things, absolutely avoid!!!!Worst experience ever, we left a swimsuit in the room (which had great sentimental value) and the employee intentionally burned it once we left 🤬We wrote to them several times when we noticed the omission to find out if he had found it, we went there twice, the employee denied having seen it and accused the new customer of have thrown away.When we came back one last time he finally admitted (after an extremely long time because we had to use a translator) that he thought we wanted to throw away the swimsuit. What logic? This one was on a hanger in the wardrobe 🤯🤯 imagine if it had been a forgotten passport….Let us point out that we stayed for more than an hour on a bench in front of the room after checkout to wait for our grab. Time during which he cleaned the room and would have had plenty of time to tell us that he had found it.The boss had no compassion for us. We received financial compensation after hours of negotiations but that in no way relieves the lack of respect for this act.Note that even before this story, there was no mineral water in the room (while the other guests had it the following day), no wifi, no hot water, the hotel is still under construction, the employee does not speak a word of English, and the boss makes it clear to us that he has another business to manage and that he does not have time once payment has been made

A nice newly opened homestay not far from Uluwatu. Clean rooms and good service. The host is also very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay!
