Clean, safe, and convenient hotel to the airport. If you have a layover, it’s great, but not ideal for going to downtown Bangkok. The Robinson mall was a 10 min taxi. The bed was comfortable but I could not get the water hot hot… only very warm

New rooms, clean, very good service staff. You can also rest your rate. Actually you have to check out at 12.00. But we will go to the airport at 1:00 p.m. and the staff can let us rest our rates. without charging additional money

It was already past two o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The hotel provides a shuttle service for 150 baht one way. You can make a reservation in advance through Line or Whatsapp. There is a 24-hour hotel front desk. The room is clean and comfortable, and the service staff is friendly. There is a 7-star restaurant nearby about a 5-minute walk away. - 11 convenience stores, very convenient! I will still choose this hotel if I have the chance! 👍

Bangkok for 0.5 nights. I had the experience of booking a very old, cheap hotel after being fooled by the photos on Agoda. This place looks like a palace. It is a top cost-effective product. All the staff are friendly, but English communication is not smooth. The big downside is that there is no elevator, so you have to use the stairs. And my wife and I had a flight to Vietnam the next day, so we needed to store our luggage for 4 days. The daily luggage storage fee was 100 baht. please refer to this. Other accommodations had much cheaper storage costs, but we were satisfied.

I have been using Tongta Resort as a transfer hotel for over 10 years, but this time I used The Phoenix Hotel. The rooms were clean and it was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. I plan to continue using it in the future.

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The hallway is noisy, but that happens often. The staff are very friend and there is a service to the airport.

This hotel is a great choice for a night’s stay near Suvarnabhumi Airport. They offer a reasonably priced shuttle bus service for airport transfers. The hotel is very clean and provides full facilities. While the room size is small, this is typical in Thailand, and the rates are very affordable. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, akin to that of a five-star hotel. I had a package sent to the hotel by a friend, and they were happy to accept and hold it for me until my arrival. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Personally, I don't like it. I arrived at night and the road to the nearby 7-Eleven was very dark and two homeless people were sleeping, so I was very scared.The photo shows something in the room that appears to be corroded..?? There were a lot of ants, and other than that, the accommodation had many strange inconveniences.There are body towels but no hand towels, they say it was remodeled, but there is no elevator, there are no basic amenities other than wash, the toilet paper holder is in an awkward position to reach, etc. Due to these things that do not take user convenience into consideration, I checked earlier than expected. I'm outThere are hotels near the airport with similar locations and conditions, so there seems to be no reason to go here.Still, if you want to go, you can just call a bolt instead of a shuttle service for 150 baht, so it's similar, so I think you can go that way. There's a place nearby called Kunshin that has delicious food, so I'll have breakfast here.

I arrived in the middle of the night, so I stayed there temporarily.It was around 800 baht per night.It was cleaner and nicer than I expected.Another selling point is that you can be picked up from the airport for 150 baht even in the middle of the night.What I'm concerned about・Hotel staff will respond according to the price・Without security box・Hot water is warmWell, since it's cheap, I shouldn't call it luxury.There is also a convenience store and a set meal restaurant nearby, which is good for practical purposes.
