Our stay was incredible at Villa Costa Azzurra. Staff are incredibly kind and welcoming - can help you with anything you need. The villa itself exceeded all of our expectations and was just stunning. Rooms and beds great. Aircon could have been colder but it wasn’t a huge issue. The only feedback is related to the location, which is beautiful but a little further from the main Uluwatu beaches, so having a scooter is a must. However always really easy to get Gojek or Grab scooters or cars. Restaurant up the road is easy to order from and delivered to the villa which is great and it is a less than 10 minute walk to Balangan beach. All around incredible stay and so great for a big group!

My stay at the villa was delightful overall, with excellent amenities and service. However, during check-out, an issue arose regarding missing pool towels. Despite our assurances that we hadn't removed them from the premises, the situation escalated when the manager, Nathalie, became involved. Regrettably, her handling of the matter was confrontational and unprofessional. Rather than seeking a mutually beneficial resolution, she accused us of dishonesty, which was both distressing and unwarranted. As a manager, I expected a higher standard of customer service and respectful communication. It's disappointing that such an otherwise enjoyable stay was marred by this incident.

We stayed here for a week and our experience was awesome. It is very close to nature and at the same time has all luxuries. Be prepared to see all kinds of bugs in the living rooms and you will get used to it in couple days. The living room is open and there is no AC. You have AC in all other rooms(4). The cleaning Crew are very friendly and does a great detailed cleaning every day and is included in the rent. They provide filtered can drinking water and very clean and spacious kitchen. The location is far from the city and need a cab to get groceries. So, plan getting all groceries at once if you can. We enjoyed our stay. However, there was one bath towel and 2 hand towels missed before we left. I remember the crew not providing the bath towel the day before as I was having hard time finding the it and used my own towel. However, the crew would not agree to it and have charged a whopping 50$ for an old bath towel. I gave them the benefit of doubt and also understand they have to follow the instructions. So, be watchful of such items and make sure all items have been really replaced after the cleaning, if not you will be charged.

Had a horrible experience here. The staff and people working at the villa, including the manager Gede, are lovely. The booking manager on Airbnb was useless, unresponsive and overall not good at all. The villas design was also quite stupid as the was literally no airflow so the piece becomes a hotbox quickly in the morning/early afternoons and stays like that all night. They need to at least install fans and windows that open.The worst experience was the fact that there were cats on the roof, and a kitten got stuck in the wall. Both kitten and also the mother ended up crying all day long. Which was very loud and annoying. The bad part is that we complained about this on the first day it happened. And only four days after they decided to do something about it. It was horrible having to listen to a little kitten desperately trying to get out, scratching the walls, and potentially dying right there under the nose.For any animal lover this was an awful experience but even if you didn’t care it was still horrendous. The owners didn’t seem to care about our experience and it took a lot of convincing from us and the lovely staff to keep pushing and expressing our discomfort to finally have something done about it.
