Cheap and affordable prices, children and nieces and nephews enjoy playing in the pool. The staff is quick when asked for help....Tengkyuu team puri gading villa. Good luck for the future

The time has come to share our experience.We rented this villa for a month and a half. Be careful, prices vary considerably depending on the booking sites. We therefore preferred to deal directly with the villa managers. To contextualize, we are in Bali for four and a half months as part of an academic exchange at Udayana University. After staying in several villas, this was the last.The house has enormous potential, but it is very poorly maintained. Here are some important points regarding equipment:- The kitchen is extremely low, forcing us to bend over backwards to cook.- The refrigerator works but a second one does not work and shows traces of mold.- The main burner does not work, a camping burner is provided extra.- Kitchen utensils are non-existent or of very poor quality.- The water fountain does not produce cold water.- The air conditioning, despite a month of negotiations, has still not been repaired and emits nauseating odors.- The villa staff leaves the lights on despite the electricity subscription at our expense in total 4.5 million it seems to me for a month and a half.- The swimming pool is overloaded with chlorine, causing skin irritation and discoloration of hair and swimsuits.- The cleaning staff, despite an agreement to intervene on Tuesdays and Saturdays, come almost every day to sit on the sofa and spend time on TikTok. They just turn the sheets instead of changing them and replace the towels every two weeks. The bathrooms are only flushed.- A pantry serves as storage for dirty household equipment, sheets, dead cockroaches, and as a hiding place for staff who occasionally come to the villa.In conclusion, despite the potential of this villa, the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired and greatly affected our stay. We hope that managers will take these comments into account to improve the future tenant experience.
