Great place.1) Numbers.There are rooms with a kitchen (fridge, kettle, mugs, plates, etc.)There are rooms without a kitchen (there is a shared kitchen, so you can cook).We lived in an apartment with a kitchen, it was incredibly convenient. A large refrigerator where you can store what you bought for several days. In the kitchen there is a sofa and a TV (if anyone is using it now).The apartments have a safe where you can put documents, money, etc.2) Reasonable prices, you can negotiate a discount.3) Good cleaning once a week at your convenience.4) If any questions arise, they are resolved within half an hour. Very prompt.5) The most important thing is the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They always treated me to something and put me in a good mood! They became very close, like family.6) There is disinfection against insects and mosquitoes.7) Convenient location. There is a pepito nearby, easy access to the market, beaches, observation decks, and ATMs.In general, a very good place, you can live long term. I recommend ❤
