I reserved this villa on booking more than two months ago. I just received a message from the owner telling me that I would have to put down a deposit, I asked him how it was going (via booking messaging and email), I got no response.Today the owner sends me a message and tells me that he can no longer accommodate me (arrival expected in 2 weeks) and is offering me a villa in another city and much worse than this one.So I canceled my reservation via booking since the owner did not do so.I do not recommend due to lack of communication and cancellation of my reservation.

The villa is nice, clean, comfortable.. the location is also strategic... close to tourist attractions (GWK, approximately 1 KMan), only the road access from the main road to get to the villa complex is not very comfortable, because several road spots need repair..But overall, everything is good...Thank you for the welcome drink (young coconut water) which is really refreshing after a long journey.. ☺️

The location, service, stuff were great! But villa is not new and shining as shown on the pics (be ready that lots of things will be dirty or not work). We stayed here for 1,5 months and in general satisfied with villa. Pool is great and clean. Garden is also very nice. Very quiet place.

Fine to stay for 1 day, but accommodation needs some improvement. Furniture is incomplete or broken and several points of wear can be found in the accommodation. It is clean and you have your own swimming pool, which is certainly nice to relax after a journey.Digital contact with staff, who responds quickly, but redirects you to the most expensive scooter rental company with fewer scooters on offer than what is available in the area.Our report was heard but nothing further was done. Was really nice a few years ago, but it is now a cash cow for the investors.

Had an amazing time. Malcolm and his staff are warm, friendly and accommodated all our needs. ||Rooms are clean and neat.||Food was exceptional 👌 ||Overall stay and experience was wonderful. Definitely going back again!
