Our stay in the villa was wonderful. Alvin was an outstanding host, always helpful during our stay. The villa itself was immaculate, clean and as shown in the photos. It is very well located for getting to other places (beaches, restaurants, Uluwatu, etc.). In addition, Alvin and his team supported us with everything (transport, excursions, massages, etc.). We can only recommend the accommodation.

The villa is so good! It has an amazing pool and a sound system! The only minus for us was the location but if you rent a scooter thats fine. Another thing we found odd was the fact that it was full of cameras around the pool and the other common areas.

The AC is off and hot, the villa manager is not friendly! Facilities are incomplete, the villa is only cleaned once every 2 days. Tissues are not restocked.There was damage to food equipment that the customer was ready to replace due to the customer's fault, but instead they complained first and gave an inappropriate price for the replacement. Not recommended!
