The location is bad. Although all the hotels we've stayed at provided toothbrushes, this one didn't. The room cleanliness is average. You can't order a taxi online. It's a taxi trap. Not worth the money; maybe it would be reasonable at half the price. The atmosphere is nice, the pool is nice, and the view is beautiful.

To be honest, we arrived with higher expectations after seeing the pictures of the hotel: beautiful beach and pool with sea views and then we were a little disappointed. But first to the positive. The rooms were clean and the complex was very well maintained and secluded, which is why you have peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can also enjoy a really delicious breakfast with a view of the sea. What was unfortunately not ideal was that our room didn't have a fridge, of course it's not a big deal, but it would be nice to have your drinks chilled in your room in the evening.Unfortunately, the pool looks completely different in real life than in the pictures, you don't see the sea but the walls of another hotel. The access to the sea is very bumpy and the sea is not accessible due to the stones. You can't lie on the beach either. We would have expected a little more for the money, but basically it's okay

Very nice hotel, partly because you have to go down some stairs to get there, but it's worth it. The rooms are huge and clean.|You can eat very well in the restaurant, the swimming pool is beautiful. …

Pros:-The hotel is beautiful and unique. A great place to spend a few tranquil days with kids.-The two girls in reception and the guy with the big smile at the restaurant were kind, helpful and friendly.-we had a room with space for 4 and there was plenty of space for us all.-Balangan beach is walking ditance- the pool area was very nice and relaxing with an amazing view. (note the infinity pool in the pictures is NOT part of the hotel, that belongs to a different hotel and you will not have access to it)-the private little beach at the bottom is beautiful, you can't swim in the sea but it's great to spend a bit of time on.Cons:- the restaurant has a very limited menu, the burgers do NOT have beef, they are not burgers, more like a sandwich in a burger bun. It was an OK basic menu.-we stayed for 5 days/4 nights and not once did someone come to our table at the restaurant. Every single time we had to be chasing around trying to find someone to take our order, in fear of getting a snappy response.-the older lady in the restaurant is so rude and grumpy. She consistently shouted in Indonesian out loud to demonstrate her anger. She clearly does not care or want to be there. We felt like a burden and very unwelcome when she was on duty we even considered going to have our breakfast elsewhere, which we decided against as it was included in the hotel-there are dogs in the hotel, which I don't mind, but if you're planning on a lie in, you can forget about it. The dogs will be continuously barking anywhere between 530 and 7 am.-the traffic in Bali these days is horrendous so unless you are planning on stying local then this is not the right location. It took us 40 mins each way to get to Jimbaran beach which is less than 6km away. Otherwise, there's plenty to do if you're happy to stay local, try Bagus Warung for food, excellent local restaurant.- the blonde lady who I assume is the owner was very unapproachable and made no attempt at speaking to the guests let alone ensure we were OK and looked after. The only time she spoke to anyone in our party was to tell the children off.It was such a shame we had a not-so-good experience as the actual hotel is lovely and has great potential. However, expectations were not met and the only reason I am writing a review is because no one bothered to ask us how we were at any point, not even on check out so I felt like I had to put my thoughts out there.

This stay was short sweet. We only stayed for a night but the experience was still great. The restaurant served food in big portions and it was tasty. The room was so pretty and had everything you could possibly need. Bonus points for the cats and dogs. It made my stay complete. We will definitely come back
