The building and cleanliness are good, neat. But when I arrived there, it turned out that the Guest House was in the process of terminating cooperation with all booking applications. Luckily I could still spend the night there.

The cool Buesar family room is suitable for families because there is more than one bed, there is a table, sofa, private bathroom. AC, hot water, there are tissues, glasses too even though there is no soap, shampoo, it's okay because it's a guest house. It seems like the sound didn't penetrate the room because I only found out when I came out there was a family excitedly bringing their children to check out, but the call to prayer and cars were still lukewarm, maybe because the front room was near the road

The title of the hotel is just Sharia... The reality is that I made an agreement via the application but was refused to check in on the grounds that I didn't cooperate... My money was wasted, I couldn't get a room, it's difficult to complain via the application, sorry... My advice for those who want to stay here is to learn first the experience of rejected guests like me... I pray that this business will be destroyed and there will be no blessings.

So like this, I ordered this hotel via the well-known application AGODA 3 days before the check-in date, I paid and it was confirmed by the hotel... After the day I arrived, I was tired with my family + baby, but it turned out that the person guarding the hotel was informed that I was no longer cooperating. again with AGODA... In short, the hotel refused to let me check in and if I wanted to check in the hotel rate was much more expensive than the AGODA rate... It's a bit strange in my opinion AGODA and also the HOTEL... my question was then confirmed on WHO is the application for my order??? In the end my money was lost and it was difficult to get an explanation from AGODA... so the hotel also didn't have a complete solution...

I booked and paid via the application, but when I arrived at the location, I admitted that there was no cooperation with any application. So far, I often book hotels/guesthouses via the application, it always goes smoothly, this is the first time I have encountered a case of boasting like this!

Already booked via Agoda.Until the location was informed that it was no longer cooperating. There was no resolution, we were always directed to the application. We asked for proof or an announcement of not cooperating for complaints to the application. There was also nothing.
