Good. The owner takes good care of it. The atmosphere is good. The price is not expensive. Sit and chill and look at the neighbors on the Lao side.

Run down somehow and not clean! It could have been such a nice accommodation right at the riverfront, but unfortunately it looked run down, even though it doesn’t seem to be very old. While the garden looked quite tidy, inside it was different. The bathroom was dirty to be honest, the room wasn’t clean overall, the fridge was dirty inside and outside, the glass table also was obviously dirty, as the floor was, too. And the bedding was really smelly. This was one of the very few places where I didn’t leave any tip for the housekeeping. Furthermore, there were no chairs at the table and there were no chairs on the terrace, too. Only a bench facing the wall, so I had to sit on the floor to enjoy the view from the terrace of the house. Wi-fi didn’t work at all. The pool (which I wouldn’t have used anyway, but just to mention) was empty and looked abandoned. The room rate was 500 Baht. Sadly, this place shows how to run down a property within short time.
