The location is strategic and easy to access although it is a bit difficult to find the entrance because it is padlocked and you can enter via the one near the gor even though the traffic is in the same direction so you miss it. The building is very typical of the old IPB style, but it doesn't have the impression of horror. The rooms are comfortable & clean, there is a TV, cupboard, table and chairs, clothesline, mineral water & tissue. It's just that I requested a single bed but there was only a double bed. The AC also felt cold. Oh yes, the blanket and mattress smell a bit damp. The sockets are also limited, there is only one and it is covered by a mattress. But overall it's good because the price is also affordable.

For the price of 200/mlm you can get a fairly spacious room with 2 single beds complete with wardrobe, 3 tables, 1 chair, 1 clothesline, digital TV, free wifi.The toilet is quite large, there is a sink, sitting toilet and water heater.it's just that after 5 days of my stay the water heater died because the gas ran out and it could be used on the 6th day when the power was about to come back hhe.for a cool atmosphere, not too crowded.CS.Y responds fast even though it's not always there, but if you chat it's responsive.suggestion- Please always turn on the front light of the window in the second floor room at night, it's a bit scary because it's dark- it would be better if dispensers and cleaning tools are also provided on floor 2.to make it easier for visitors not to go back and forth up and down the stairsover all worth itHopefully there will always be lots of visitors.
