"After my review the host went so far as to stalk me to get my business contacts to send me a mail of insults and give bad reviews on my company's Google profiles (a company of over 3,000 people). This is toxic and unprofessional behavior."My worst rental experience so far... and I hope nothing else will come close to it.The first thing you notice when you enter the property is the smell of cat piss and the temperature inside which is a furnace as it's hotter than outside (must be close to 40 degrees). Incidentally, the host refrains from specifying that you'll have to cohabit with cats (I've seen 3 at the same time), which means you can't open the windows if you do not want any damage to the interior, or simply if you are allergic.The house is not maintained:- It rains inside, both on the internet box and on the stairs leading to the bedroom upstairs... which is extremely dangerous.- The washing machine pipes were leaking and caused flood issues (I contacted the host before it happened but no reaction from her side).- The electricity has problems and some fuses keep tripping (probably because it's raining inside due to the roof).- Dirty water comes out from the whirlpool's main tap, which isn't electrically wired (so the function is basically not working).- Only one burner is working.- The TV does not have any TV channels.- The host also want you to pay by yourself the electricity, even though the only usage that you will have is the AC because the house is way warmer than outside....The host is incapable of taking responsibility for any problems occurring in her house, and even insults you for reporting them, adopting a defensive posture.The horror even happened on the day of my departure, one of the cats gave birth on the roof of the entrance and one of the cats was sending the babies two meters below ... I do not advise anyone to witness such a scene, it is heartbreaking. When you have animals, you have to take your responsibilities and look after them....Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

I just want tell everyone the truth l, i am so sad someone give bad review for this place, it's good place and home is classic because is not new building but so far is good.but owner home so kind, strategis and cheap price, i think is good comunication with owner everything is good. Style home is Japanese so is representation warm and more used Woods for basic home that why make the air feels warm, the owner provide free cleaning and 24 hour service. There are a many of cat lovers in the surrounding area, so sometimes stray cats Will come on if don't closed the main door. I think the air temperatur is around 30 Celcius if the weather outside is hot. Owner give air conditioner in every room so is good, because design home consep warm Japanese but overall is nice. Place is clean because owner give person to cleaning every day. Fasilitas also good and i think is enough. TV is old verse so owner give options DVD for watching movie. I wish my rivew can help who people want rent. Actually i Saw one comment and give rating bad is fake from person not have responsibility. Owner pay electrical, water, also give free water in dispenser can take free water for drink. For all everything is good.
