For those who want to stay or transit for a while in the city of Bogor with a minimal budget, I really recommend this apartment.The location is strategic, close to the terminal and city center.I ordered via the tike*.co* app, after ordering don't forget to immediately call the admin number listed to reconfirm and collect the room key. This is a must!!The unit staff and security guards were very friendly and helpful.For room facilities:✅ mattress 1 (blanket is a bit thin, pillow is already thin *for attention)✅ toilet (sitting toilet, sink, shower)✅ television✅ refrigerator✅ dispenser + gallon water✅ wardrobe, hangers.✅ AC is very good❌ water heater❌ minimal power sockets (only 2 available)❌ there are no amenities (I was confused, because when I picked up the key, the employee said he would bring amenities, but until I checked out they never arrived)❌ towel (bring your own because this is not a hotel hehehe)❌ The sheets and floor are a bit dusty, and the balcony door is difficult to close. (There is a slight gap).❌ WIFI❌ ironAs for the atmosphere, it's quite busy. I actually like it so it doesn't have a horror feel, hehehe. I found this hostelry after finding so long time, because I need a comfort place near from IPB campus. I asked my friend, and she said to choose this place.My first impression is this place is not arranged well. I need to wait too long time for checking in. Or maybe it’s because my fault because I didn’t read carefully the check-in instructions, but still I waiting too long.After checking in, one of the crew escorted me to the room. The room is broad enough. The room facilities quite complete, they have one bathroom, kitchen cupboard, sink, water dispensers, refrigerators, TV, cupboard, and queen bed. In the bathroom, they have sink, toilet, and shower. They give us towels too, a very bulky and thin towel (they need to buy the new towel, please). I have to buy/bring my own toiletries, because they don’t have it. The bathroom is not clean enough, and the bed too, as you can see in the picture. No wifi, if you want a free wifi with Netflix you can upgrade the room with add cost IDR 200,000 (the room is not different too much, just they add line lamp under the bed, like the last picture)The location is near from IPB, and the illegal public transportation terminal. It’s so crowded in the morning and evening here. Traffic lights right in front of the apartment, and the security guard didn’t do anything about it. It’s hard for car to coming in and out to the parking area because of the public transportation that parked in the entrance gate.There is one restaurant in the lobby, but it’s not JP’s, it’s another hostelry’s, but you can have a breakfast there and pay IDR 50,000. Don’t expect too much, it is two star food in my taste. If you have more energy, you can walk nearby looking for breakfast, but you have to facing the hassle and noise of public transportation. Or you can buy a frozen food/instant food on the lobby, they have alfamart. This apartment has no breakfast choice at all.Last but not least, I think this place is not good for you who bring kids, for some reason that I can’t tell, this apartment is not kids friendly.
