The lady is not friendly, the lobby is not clear where it is.it says you tell me to press the bell, it's your turn to tell me to come in. The door is closed again (can't be opened from the outside)1 remaining room but dirty, dusty cupboard. in the bathroom roof ceiling there are cobwebs. the floor looked like it had never been mopped, only got 1 towel.Finally, check in wasn't there for 1 hour, immediately checked out, looked for another one.I've never written a bad review like this, but that's the situation. what else do you want?

This oath is being ignored... Instead of being welcomed and served first, there are guests who are left alone and tidied up. Service is not polite. Rich doesn't know the SOP in the hotel

Came here because of an impromptu holiday and there were lots of hotels everywhere so I found this home stay which was ready and the price was also worth it and didn't shoot for it as long as you mentioned the price. Booked 3 rooms because we were all a family, the 1 room at the end smelled really musty, like it hadn't been looked after for a long time, the bathroom was also dirty. Finally asked for a change and was given to the room at the top, the condition was the same, only cleaner, just smelled of paint... In the end, still in the room below, I just asked to change the air freshener and clean the toilet. Thank God the staff are polite and diligent, a plus point for the lady for being patient with my mother, the facilities are ok, the AC is cold, there are also amenities...

The cupboard is still dusty...if you want to store clothes, you have to clean the dust first and wipe it...if you bring a car it's hard to park.

Stayed 1 day because there was an urgent need. Disappointed with the service. Firstly, there is no writing/sign where the lobby is. When I found the lobby, there was no one guarding the staff/didn't stay. Waited for about 20 minutes, when I wanted to check in, I was given information by Ms. that the room I ordered did not include an ensuite bathroom, so if you wanted an ensuite bathroom you had to add 25k/30k, this was the first time booking via the application and there was an additional fee. When I arrived at the room, the room was dirty and full of dust, I couldn't put my clothes in the cupboard because it was full of dust, the floor looked like it had never been mopped, it was dirty. There was no fragrance in the room, the clothes hangers had not been installed and were lying on the cupboard. Very disappointed :(Ms. is kind & friendly, the room & condition of the house are actually comfortable & good, it's not noisy either. It's just dirty like it hasn't been cared for. It needs to be paid attention to & improved in the future so that the facilities and services can be better so that people don't get bored. The location is very strategic & easy to find, in the middle of the city so it's easy to go anywhere.

Stay 1 night here,+ the room is quite spacious, you can pray.+ Clean rooms+ AC, unlimited drinking water, large TV, hot shower- The motorbike parking lot is narrow, so it's difficult to get the motorbike out.
