Very friendly owner who is eager to give advice for the local area. The rooms were clean and we had a good sleep. Free coffee is nice, and the common area is good for hanging out for a bit.

It is a place to stay at….1. There is no sign in front of the homestay name. Normally, there must be signs to make it easy for customers to find their accommodations.2. Know that cooking is not allowed. But.....even cooking outside which is not in the homestay But it was in the back of the pickup truck itself. I just can't fry the meatballs yet.3. Turning on the air conditioner still has requirements. Well, I turned on the air conditioner and went to walk on Chiang Khan Walking Street for less than an hour. When we returned, the owner came and said If people aren't home, you don't have to open it yet. The weather is already cold. I rent accommodation. Should I have the right to turn on the air conditioner in my own room?......Whoever comes to stay should find good information. Read a lot of reviews. Here, I read the reviews well. .....It makes traveling not fun at all.

The sitting area outside the rooms was nice and the view of the river was amazing but I would have liked to stay in a cleaner and nicer place for rest.It was inexpensive but the room was very tiny and had very large roaches and evidence of their droppings on the floor and towels.They didn't reappear after killing two but it was enough for me to not sleep the rest of the night after I smashed one that had been flying around the room. The sewer smell coming from the bathroom entered the room, as the bathroom door would not stay shut and you can hear a lot of the noise from outside and the rooms around you.This place is very close to the local walking street with vendors and restaurants very close by. If you just need a place to crash and like camping I'm sure this place is fine or if you are completely used to the area and these style boarding rooms.I understand that I am visiting a tropical climate and insects are to be expected but I would have liked the ability to confine them to the bathroom but because the door wouldn't shut and the gap under the door I could not keep them out of the main room in which one flying woke me up.

I thought I was staying at a relative's house. Impeccable service, well taken care of, recommending nearby places to visit, attentive, convenient parking in front of the house. Near the walking street, would recommend.

Excellent accommodation, reasonable price Grandma, the owner of the homestay, provides very good service. There is a restaurant next to it. Opposite there is a convenience store. Accommodation next to the main road Easy and convenient access 👍👍

We are staying as a family..we rented 4 rooms and there is a balcony to sit and relax and talk in front.Get the atmosphere of a private home. (The whole class has only our family)..Convenient, there is parking in front of the house..Convenient, there are shops nearby..Overall it is a warm and kind place to stay..Auntie the host is lovely, thank you.
