Our room we had booked was no longer available, so we got the more expensive room. It was super nice, very comfortable bed, super nice bathroom and kitchen space. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place, they rent a motorcycle on site, LOCATION: far from everything, CLEANLINESS: horrible, stains and dirt everywhere, the sofa is full of stains,ANIMALS: a huge spider, a gekko on the ceiling of the room that doesn't scream at night and wakes you up, the pool is full of frogs and no chlorine.

Booked this place for a beautiful jungle surrounding and a cool baththub but got totally disappointed as the bathtub doesnt work. There’s not enough warm qater to fill it. The water pressure is so weak that it’s impossible to fill it.Location is very far and there’s no gojek/restaurant around so we need to order food from the villa. We order a beer but it’s not cold and when we ask for the cold one the staff ask us to COLD IT OURSELF in the fridge in the room but the fridge is not even on yet and still after a few hours, it’s bot cold.The next morning the staff forget to turn on the water heater so we need to wait again until it’s on.Finally we check out after one night, left my book in the room ans text them 20mins after to send it to canggu. The staff didn’t reply until 2 weeks later. The worst part is after they realized my partner left them a one-star review they refuse to send me my book and said I need GET IT MY SELF there.Very poor management.

Everything was great. The villa is very clean and personalized. Cleaning is done every day. It's a little far from the city, so it's a little cold. Overall we liked it very much. We would like to thank Dono and Krisma for driving us when we needed a car. Very friendly and caring people. We recommend.

Great accommodation, govinda offers an exceptional and relaxing view. The staff is truly incredible and attentive to everything. the driver Dono is a wonderful person I will remember him all my life and will be able to advise him for anyone coming to govinda. A big thank-you.
