The rooms are clean, the bathroom is adequate, the water is running well, the AC is good, the parking is quite spacious, the location is close to the main gate of IPB Dramaga.The only minuses are:- there is a leak in the room- wet towel because it leaked- blankets are inadequate

I really don't understand why many people give it 5 stars. This place is a very bad place to stay for the price of 300k.Starting from the moment you arrive, the person who greets you is not the person in the lobby. But other people.When entering the room. The room was uncomfortable, the mattress looked old and the springs in the mattress were very noticeable. The AC in the room was not cold at all. This AC problem is very fatal. The cold level outside (in the hallway) of the room is colder than inside the room. This causes the room to smell of sweat (at 12 o'clock at night it's really stuffy). The AC also often turns off after 5 minutes of being on, and the AC pull is very noisy. I often wake up because of the noisy sound of the AC. The room I live in also often has electricity overload, so it's not uncommon for power outages (I don't understand why I use AC so much if the electricity isn't strong). I don't understand why it overloads because the only electrical equipment used is the AC and 1 light onThe service provided was not very good. The best service is only by the security guard in the lobby. The room manager only provides a solution to just wait when the room is overloaded with electricity, a solution that everyone knows (solution is not a solution)The location is also one of the worst locations. There are only 2 choices of road access to get here. A shortcut from the general public which is a portal and difficult for cars to enter. The other road is further away and there is no light when entering the apartment. The entrance to the apartment is also quite rocky, far and not comfortable to walk.

The rooms are just ordinary, neither good nor bad and the facilities provided are also standardThe road access there is very bad, it hasn't been repaired for several years even though the rent is very expensive.The security is good but the kicking is very bad.What you need to pay attention to is charging electricity tokens. They can only top up tokens directly at the Dramaga Tower filling point, they cannot buy online via Tokped or Shopee. That's really bad because college kids are definitely looking for discounts hahaha

When checking in at the front desk, they were directed to another officer. The room attendant was escorted to the room, but instead of waiting or asking if there were any problems, room facilities, or so on, instead the attendant immediately walked away and didn't say anything.The room is REALLY DIRTY. First came the smell of cigarette smoke. The floor is very dirty and there is a lot of hair falling out. There are lots of dead cockroaches under the pantry, the water flow from the pantry tap is small, the curtains and table are dusty, the mattress (blanket, sheet, pillow) smells really bad!!! Suspicious if the bed sheets are not replaced. Then many gallons of water (leMi***al) that were left over were not thrown away. Anyway, gross!!!!!The condition of the other room I ordered was not much different. Even the main light in the room was off, only one light was on and it was dim. The pantry table was very dirty and the gas was out. The bucket in the bathroom contains a bowl of instant porridge. Make a dipper huh?? So dirty!!Because the condition of the room was like that, when I wanted to complain to the front desk, I was thrown away again and told to look for the room attendant myself. What's worse, the room attendant was very slow to respond!! There is also no wifi here and parking is paid, but there is no shade for parked motorbikes/cars.

Bad experience, STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED. THE PICTURES AND SERVICE OFFERED DO NOT MATCH THE ORIGINAL.Checking in didn't feel right because the person registering was different from the person in the lobby. OK, delivered to the room, the staff just ran away, not polite at all, asking what was missing or what if service was neededEntering the room SMELLS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. The room was dirty, very dusty, the floor was dirty with hair, the table had thick dust, the cupboard in the pantry had lots of cigarette butts, paint marks (?), and more than 3 cockroach carcasses, YES THAT'S THAT LITTLEThe bedroom bed sheets looked like they hadn't been replaced, the pillowcases smelled, the blanket smelled.So confused about what to do. But I went to the lobby and said this was just thrown here and there.For a price of around 200 thousand, this includes very bad service. HOPE MANAGEMENT WILL QUICKLY REALIZE, SO THAT THEIR FORTUNE WILL ALSO FLOW CONTINUOUSLY

It was so far from outside the city that when we arrived it was difficult to check in, booked via Agoda but the booking hadn't been received even though it was already 22.00, it was delayed for about half an hour but the security team had the solution of calling here and there to get confirmation. When I got to the room there were lots of cockroaches so I went to the bathroom, the bidet came off and the TV couldn't turn on, the floor was like being mopped but didn't use super mop, the mattress smelled a bit musty. Oh my God, I'm tired, finally I asked to move rooms, thank God it was easy to move, the only thing that was good was the security service. 250k isn't worth it, hopefully in the future the quality of the rooms can be improved
