The room is dirty, the bed sheets are smelly, the blankets are very itchy, the blanket is really bad, the place is dirty, the dishes are very dusty, the cooking utensils are given with holes, the swimming pool is dirty, it's not drained, there's a lot of moss, the service is lacking, the location is steep.

A good villa for those who want to check in early in the morning. Check out is free as long as no one has a booking the next day. The view is great, especially the city lights... even though it's still cold during the day

I visited with my family.5 cars parked well.The swings in the park need to be repaired.The tree house also needs repair, it looks a bit fragile.There is a hut/gazebo for relaxing outdoors.Comfortable living room.The family room is quite spacious.Tv & speakers for karaoke are in good condition.The 2nd floor is quite spacious.Unfortunately the water heather doesn't work well.The kitchen has lots of ventilation so it's comfortable to cook.But the knife is not sharp enough to cut.The billiard room next to the kitchen is quite comfortable.There is a treadmill but it doesn't work.The swimming pool is clean and comfortable for children.Lots of bathroomsThere is a small prayer roomThe garden & fish pond near the kitchen are quite attractiveOverall very comfortable staying herethe morning and evening views are very goodThe villa keeper was also very helpfulHopefully the facilities & infrastructure will get better

The dirty pool has no 9 ball billiards so it's less exciting, the bamboo tree house is already rickety and almost fell at that time, the view is good

Bedsheets dirty & smelly (bau apek). Water heater doesnt work. We have to ask the villa keeper to cook for us and of course we need to cook the water by ourselves because we came in group of 10 adults.The pool was private. The view is great. There were complete cooking & dishes utensils.Do we want to come back? Definitely NO.

Mattresses, blankets, pillows and cooking utensils need to be replaced. The water heater didn't work so the guard boiled the water for bathing. The view is good, private swimming pool.

The villa is spacious, the swimming pool is also big, the second floor has lots of rooms, there is a billiard, a prayer room and a gazebo for hanging out and it's really fun.
