The first time I came to the receptionist, it was already late..1. We have booked a double bed, when we arrived at the location, we said there were twin beds left. If we don't want it, just cancel it, the officer said.. Since it's already late, we'll just accept it..2. The officer took us to the room, it turned out that the room AC remote was not provided per room, so we couldn't change the room temperature anymore3. The water leaks in the bathroom, the bathroom is dirty4. For bathroom equipment, only 1 towel and bath soap are given. No toothbrush provided5. Usually every stay is provided with mineral water or at least a kettle with water and glasses for drinking. I was only given an empty teapot without water or a glass.6. With a price of almost 300 thousand, we hope to get a good breakfast with a drink. Meanwhile here at 6 in the morning the room was already knocked by the breakfast staff to deliver food. The food is just steamed rice, sunny side up egg and vermicelli which in my opinion has no taste and 2 small crackers. Even then, there is no drink, at least sweet tea or mineral water.6. When I was about to check out, a clerk suddenly approached me who said the motorbike had been washed and asked for wages for the washing. I'm sorry, I'm not stingy, but I didn't ask for it to be washed and there was no information like this from the start at the receptionist7. Please improve all the facilities so that your other guests don't have an unpleasant experience like me

Before just sharing experiences at this hotel, at that price there is still a lot that needs to be improved1. Just entered the floor and the bed is dirty, the AC doesn't have a remote, once it turns on it doesn't make a difference but it's still hot, there's no wifi connection at all, the TV only has 4 channels and even then the remote has an error, the bathroom is dirty, there's no water heater and the door can't be locked2. The swimming pool facilities are dirty, lots of rubbish used from plastic snacks, there are no public bathrooms and the floors are mossy3. When I wanted to check out, someone asked for money and said "the motorbike has been washed." When I first entered, it felt like it was still clean after being steam washed, and besides, no one asked me to. Even though the motorbike of the person next door was really dirty, he didn't wash it when he washed it. "Not recommended for a good night's sleep and those looking for comfort, the hotel management asked for help in improving the facilities and services. Many of them are not suitable.
