Very nice guesthouse. An oasis of peace and privacy after exploring bustling Ubud. The room overlooks colorful greenery and rice terraces. The room has everything for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, hot water, gas, its own kitchenette, water cooler, storage space for clothes. There is a yoga studio outside. The room was kept clean, from 8 to 10 am the hostess brings breakfast to the room. The hostess is an incredibly nice girl. The guesthouse is run by a very nice Indonesian family, where the husband is a yoga instructor. The owner of the guesthouse always helped with any question. We really liked it here, so much so that we lived here for 2 weeks. Thank you very much ❤️🙏

The place is nice, clean, simple, quiet, comfortable, direct view of rice fields,,, the air is fresh,,,, good for bikers, because the road is small. Only for motorbikes and pedestrians,

I stayed at both of the Demank properties (this one and the one in the city center) and had a great stay at both. Initially, I reserved for two days, but I stayed for over one month! It's more like an apartment than a room because you have a private kitchen and eating area. The owner is a yoga instructor and I took private lessons with him in the mornings at the onsite yoga shala, witch I greatly enjoyed. The family and staff that run the house are very nice and care about their guests happiness. This is not a super fancy accommodation, but everything is clean and well-maintained, and the vibe is safe and warm. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

This is really a hidden gem. Got a room on the 2nd floor, so you can see the rice fields from the balcony. There is a kitchen in each room, so it's easy if you want to make coffee or instant noodles. If you hear the sound of insects at night, it's really exciting 👍🏻Breakfast can also be delivered to the room, so breakfast with a view ❤️

Very quiet accomodation, the room was big and clean. It's located a bit further from the centre but you can rent a motorbike here. The host is very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean with beautiful surrounds. If you're looking for something outside of town and good value, this is a great option. Rent a scooter to access Ubud.

Good enough to stay.But not good for cooking.Room have a kitchen but all things for it are in very bad condition.Dryer stand was dirty till black. To dry my clothes after rain I used to clean it before with soap many times.In last room downstairs there is mold smell.No soap, no shower gel, no shampoo.In same moment room and garden is nice. Good yoga space. Owner is very friendly and ready to help to solve all issues if needed.

Hidden little oasis with clean room and bath, hot water shower, wifi, fantastic breakfast cooked and delivered to your veranda each morning. Access to kitchenette for hot water/coffee/tea 24/7. Walking distance to restaurants/bars/music, scooter parking, Sacred Monkey Forest and Palace and other sites and hotspots, and the hosts are SO wonderfully kind - I definitely recommend.

There is no way to approach the guest house, along the narrow path that leads there a bunch of dogs attack, and the locals watch you fight off the dogs that attack you and try to bite you. Like a local show. Of course, I understand that this is not the fault of the owner himself, but he could have made sure that you could come to him normally, without stress. If people don’t live there, it’s only because it’s impossible to even find the entrance. For example, I went here today and now I have no desire to look for the entrance and fight my way through packs of dogs.
