The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We took the 2Bedroom Villa and we parked our car just in front of the Villa, which is practical. The villa has microwave, so we can heat up food we bought. …

Expectation does not match reality. The villas are old, renovated by 3. The bathtub is all worn white from iron sponges, apparently not super clean. Wooden houses with sound insulation 0. Cleaning the area at 8 am and you will perfectly hear all the conversations, hard brooms that will scrape on your porch and so on.No privacy at all. The bathroom is open, and even the blinds do not save the situation. Look at my photo taken just from the porch. Tough!The air conditioner broke down at night, Staff immediately said that they fixed it by 10 p.m., well, actually they fixed it themselves, but by morning it stopped working again. There was only one tea bag, only two towels. I had to ask for everything.In short, for the money there are much better options. It's not worth the money!!!

Actual paradise. We stayed in one of the Ipian Villas and enjoyed the serenity of the area. All we could hear were the animals outside our front porch. Tge indoor/ outdoor shower structure was very unique. Overall an amazing stay in Ubud if you value peace.We also got ro use their 'sister' business facilities luke the pool and restaurant down the road - stunning.Just bear in mind, we had to use motorbikes to get around but beautiful to experience. Thank you for everything!

Amazing room.The bed is very comfortable, the shower and the bathtub are perfect for enjoying the rice fields opposite.The staff is very friendly.5-10 minutes from Ubud.Offers several services such as laundry (impeccable), massages (good masseuses), scooter rental, catering.
