The owner is very friendly, cute, and the price is not expensive at all compared to being close to the place we had planned. Near the Mekong River, just a short walk away. Go to the walking market in 5 minutes by car. Go see the sea of mist at Phu Thok in just 10 minutes.

There are 3 types to choose from. Book through Agoda and get a discount if you walk in. The price is 500 baht on weekdays. For holidays, not sure if there will be an increase in the price or not.The owner speaks well to both women and men. Not stuck in the Mekong water, have to walk out a bit. Not far from Kaeng Khut Khu. Can walk The resort has bicycles available. For the pedestrian market It is quite far away, about 4 km.The standard Baan Poon rooms may be old but the rooms are spacious and have a refrigerator, TV, and electric kettle.The bathroom does not have an air vent. no wardrobe But there is a clothes drying rack in the room. There is a small table and chair set.Plug in to charge, low powerDuring our stay, I wasn't sure if the room had been made a long time ago or not. There is a smell of dust on the mattress. When looking at the room wearing masks, I didn't feel it at first. I'm allergic to dust. Therefore will be very sensitive to the smell of dust.

The room price is cheap, the room is beautiful, clean, the atmosphere is good. The owner is nice to talk to and very polite. We asked to rent a bicycle but the resort owner lent us a ride to the walking street. It was very fun. There is a bicycle road along the Mekong River all the way to the walking street. Absolutely safe Recommend this resort. There are 3 types of rooms to choose from: wooden houses, cement houses and modern ones. We chose a modern style, beautiful, new, and clean.

Summary: best value for money. If you stay here you will have a very good experience. Guaranteed.Very nice place. Clean and quiet.There are 4 types of rooms.1. Concrete small rooms 500b2. Wooden rooms 500b3. Prefab tiny homes 600b4. Big family studios 1000b(Prices in low season)We stayed at the prefab tiny homes. It is an experience on its own. We came back the second time and we took the family studio.The experience was EXCELLENT. If you have any doubt, and the above prices are within your budget, don't look any further. You will not find better value for your money.The owner is absolutely friendly and helpful.This place is very quiet. Privacy guaranteed.They offer free bicycles so you can drive to walking street. It will take about 15 to 20 minutes to drive to the city with the bicycle. It is big fun.There is a bicycle road along the Mekong up to the city.
