Location is good if you want a rural vibe, its nice to walk around but the hotel/villa itself isnt great. The staff is very sweet and kind but there is a communication gap. Our first day, it took us an hour after reaching there to figure out the booking. Then there was construction or gardening going on at night. I could not sleep because of the noise. There's also lizards and ants in the bedroom. No light in the room, very dim. Not worth the price. Comfortable stay for sure but they can improve.

Honestly not good...Not at all..Mice were stuck in the ceiling and moved and beeped.When we came to the reception one evening we “caught” the staff busy with themselves (if you understand) whereupon they were obviously embarrassed.Unfortunately, the bed linen was dirty and there were dead animals (spiders and the like) under the blanketAnts all over the room...Unfortunately, for the comparatively expensive price, it's absolutely not worth what it cost.

The villa is comfortable, kids friendly, cool, beautiful, but there are shortcomings starting from the service, facilities and communication from the team. When I and several colleagues stayed here, there was a miscommunication between the agent and the team there which made us have to bear the risk of their mistakes, guests should be priority, it doesn't differentiate between local or foreign guests but the service has to be the same, right? Apart from that, the facilities in the deluxe room were beyond expectations, there was no hot water, the TV was jammed with no channels, the door was difficult to close. Actually, the atmosphere in this villa is comfortable, but if they upgrade their hospitality skills and carry out regular service for each facility, you will definitely be one of the best villas.

The experience of staying here is quite comfortable, you can really feel the typical rural atmosphere and rice fields, and it is also calm from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's just that the quality and condition of the room needs to be improved again. The bed needed to be replaced, the cot made a sound that made it seem rickety, the sink faucet was leaking, the TV and set top box were dead so it looked like they were just for display, the cupboard was broken and had no doors.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff can't communicate. Food is cooked somewhere outside - only breakfast of eggs n bread is made onsite. Place is not cleaned regularly. Lights are dim in the room.

Budget accommodation with the right size. Quite like the design of the building inside. The stairs are okay. It would be even better if the quality of care was improved. Thanks
