Last stayed on 11 August 2024. Rooms are selling for an expensive price of over 2,000 baht during the long holiday season. I think it's not worth the price. The quality of the room is very small, looks like a 2-star level, old equipment in the room. The bedding is 2 star, the bathroom is old. Should be modified to suit the selling price.

The accommodation is homestay style in Soi 13. Stayed in the house. The room is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, the water is satisfyingly strong. We arrived late that day and informed the accommodation. The staff are also lovely. There is always a call for updates. When we arrived, a young woman came to welcome us and introduce us to the facilities, and breakfast was given as a coupon that could be used to buy food for 50 baht at the restaurant with the contract. We liked the idea. When checking out, the person in charge spoke well. So much love ❤️

Went to stay on Saturday, priced over 800 baht for the room, was very disappointed. Got a room at the end where the window was stuck to the wall and the shutters had gaps. No wonder why the air conditioner in the room was turned on for a long time and it didn't get cool. What's really good is that the bed in the middle collapses into a deep hole. When you sleep it's like you're sinking into the mattress. The room in front of the room is next to the water pump, which makes the sound of the water pump running almost all the time. There is no refrigerator in the bedroom. There are only 2 bottles of water. There is no parking. You have to park next to the wall in the alley next to the hotel or in front of the hotel if there is space. But the owner and staff are very nice and friendly.

We got the last room at the bottom floor, next to the Water pump, you can imagine..... Matresses are as old as the building i guess. The view out of the window was to a wall. Parking with 1 big Bike was ok, they made space for it, nothing for groups and cars I don't know where to park them.The positive.... the Hotel is at a very good location to the nightly walking street. The breakfast rice soup was ok but on a different location. Staff were friendly. Definitely NOTHING for me again.

Very unfriendly staff. We came with family (8 people) and all got the worst rooms available. Rooms were not cleaned, new towels were left at the door, beds were not made. There are nicer rooms available.Not recommended, no go!

The room smells very clean. The owner of the accommodation provides very good advice. Plus, the accommodation is next to the Chiang Khan walkway, so it's very convenient. Next time, definitely come stay at the same place again 🥰

Location is perfect, just within the walking street. The room however is just okay, I would not rate it too high in terms of value for money. The shower heater was not working properly, it could burn your scalp/skin and cannot be adjusted. Breakfast is the Pho from the restaurant downstairs.

The room is very good, the view is good, the price is ok, not too expensive, the facilities are very good, next to the walking street, the accommodation is Chandrawarin 3. Which is next to the walking street in Soi 15. Overall, I really liked it, but I slept on the ground floor, the upstairs road had a better view, but the view down below was able to see the Mekong River through a large mirror. Everything was OK, but I went when it was raining. Didn't see the fog in the morning. If you want anything, tell the staff to get a discount. You have to park at Chanthawarin 1, inside the alley. You have to walk in. Or if you come early, you can drive and park your bags in front of the accommodation to carry your luggage. But if you come Even in the evening, you will not be able to park your car in order to bring your clothes. You must walk and carry them.

The staff are very caring. But the room is not soundproof. Hear the sound outside the room very clearly. During lunch time, you can hear the staff noise from outside the room very disturbingly. Good location, everything is good. In the middle of the day, I couldn't relax in the room because the staff talked loudly and was very disturbing. There was no refrigerator, no parking.
