OK, based on my experience.So yesterday we looked for overnight accommodation, booked online and made payment. When I wanted to check in at the location, it turned out that the accommodation was a former hospital which had been renovated.At first we were a little confused about where to enter, so we just went in through the hallway (still under construction), and looked for the receptionist.Then he said, the owner and OYO have not yet extended the contract, so the room that we have already paid for, said the receptionist, can be asked for a refund from OYO. We called OYO, then they said we had to apply for a refund via email, myb h+3 money back (but the refund process was a bit complicated)As a result, we had to turn our heads to look for another accommodation, because the rooms in this accommodation were a bit like that, even though it was already late.this's a bad service. Dissapointed
