The hotel canceled the accommodation because it didn't meet the requirements and I didn't stay overnight. I paid and I asked for my money to be returned. Don't harm the consumer, I didn't receive it until my money was returned. I'm waiting for the good intentions of the hotel and please don't run away from responsibility, OK? make regulations but don't harm consumersI am waiting for my refund immediately

I came to this city to go around and have a holiday, so my female friend who lives in this city took me to an inn, and apparently the owner said this was a sharia inn, hello sir, at least you shouldn't judge like that, you I asked first for how many people, and who wanted to stay, even though I was the only one staying there, my friend just wanted to drop me off there because I didn't know the area, and I also live in a city where the rules are strict and sharia.' Sir, please don't judge people like what you think, then the second thing I don't like is the two times the inn owner's son knocked on my door and asked when he was coming out. Hello sir, I also understand what time to check in and what time to check out , and it's not the first time I've stayed at an inn, even a star hotel, sir, and thirdly, the problem was that I forgot to turn off the AC from noon until evening. I was reprimanded why I didn't turn off the AC, and the owner also said, this is a standard room, hello, sir. If standard rooms don't have AC, then why were you given a room with AC in the first place??? And anywhere, if the AC isn't turned off when a visitor leaves the room or the visitor forgets to turn off the AC, that's the visitor's right, after all you've already paid for the accommodation, right? Does this mean that the facilities there are already visitors' rights? And fourth, the door to the room has a gap, so if you peek in, you can see visitors going to sleep from outside, please improve the service, hopefully in the future it will be even better and hopefully there will be lots of visitors, thank you.

The room is quite bigCleanliness is in doubt, because the bed sheets and blankets have a few stains as if the previous occupants had not changed them.Only 1 towel was given and you had to ask for it first. There is no tissue soap.Cold AC, clean water, clean toiletActually the room is very comfortable for a short break from a long trip at a cheap price of 100 thousand more,But unfortunately the owner doesn't seem to be willing to buy it through the application at a cheap price. So, as far as possible, the price is as cheap as possible given the quality that the owner has.For example: don't intend to give towels, don't change bed sheets, don't even want to give the appropriate room in the application with the excuse that it's full even though there are lots of them empty.And the strange thing is that it's also like looking for mistakes in order to add more money, the ID card is the same as the name of the booker, as far as I know, when booking a hotel, the name of the booker and the person who comes with it doesn't match, what person the name of the card is, and the funniest thing is what time the card comes out.I'm tired, I've stayed several times in hotels from cheap to expensive hotels but I've never been asked what time I leave, even if I'm later than the hour limit, I'm automatically subject to a fine/extended day, sis.If you don't want to, it's better to just withdraw your collaboration with the Reddoors application, just look for offline consumers so you can get the price you want.Collaboration with the application but the price is not willing to be cheaper than the application.Very funny.

Don't dirty us and this village!!!Look & Appreciate us.....!!!Don't cause public unrest by allowing unofficial couples to stay alone at your business premises or allowing your business premises to become a place of activity that is not permitted in the midst of a religious and civilized society. Because it will boomerang for your business if people start to feel disturbed and restless.Thank You.
