It's the best homestay I've ever stayed in. The room is spacious and clean. On the day we went, there were 4 people. We reserved 2 rooms on the 2nd floor so we could use the area in front of the room fully, privately. If you book just one room, it might not be as private (just think for yourself). The house is Wooden houses are not soundproof at all. The owner of the house provides very good service. There are plates, bowls, and forks to use as well. There is a dishwasher on the balcony. They also separate garbage here. It's great.I recommend that if you go to Chiang Khan, if you don't mind the Mekong view, sleeping here is fine. Or in another alley. If you sleep in the accommodation next to the road, it will be very noisy. Came to Chiang Khan 6 times and stayed uniquely at "Baan Kai Pak Jai" which is the accommodation that meets your needs the most.

The house is nice to live in. It's a beautiful, shady wooden house. The owner of the house is very hospitable. Can recommend places to visit in great detail. I recommend going to Nong Khai. 😁Near the walking street You can park your car at Wat Sri Khun Mueang. The house is also designed to be suitable for the elderly/disabled who use wheelchairs.

small guest house Shady and very livable. The owner of the house takes care of it himself, is kind, smiling, very welcoming. There are 3 rooms, 3 types, quiet, comfortable, feeling like being in your own home. The price is not expensive too. There's no parking. But parked at Wat Sri Khun Mueang. Close to the house, can walk a short distance. The accommodation is next to the walking street, very convenient. Just came for the first time..impressed. Recommend to stay. You definitely won't be disappointed ^^
