The rooms and property is well maintained. Stayed in 2 bedroom suite with common hall and kitchenette. Basic dishes and drinking water provided. Service dome everyday. The breakfast was good. Car parking available. The only downside it is quite far away from ubud center and the access road is not well paved and quite a task to reach I'm dark. No restaurant around. Either eat at their restaurant or use food apps. The dinner pizza and burger was ok. Overall happy with service and maintainence of the property.

We stayed 4 nights in the villa which was wonderful! 😍 The bedrooms cooled down well and were able to insulate well from mosquitoes and lizards. The pool was lovely and the villa very private and modern.The breakfast was good, the options were just very similar. The service was friendly and it was easy to get to Ubud and elsewhere with grab. 😊

The water melon juice served for breakfast here is super delicious.The location has no merit.It's good value for money.It was the best accommodation for 4 people.And my family was able to catch the Grab well.This is a famous tom yang restaurant.. The portion is small, but the soup is the perfect hangover item.

Awful experience. I was looking forward to my first time in Bali in this beautiful hotel. Instead I received two messages from the hotel offering me what they considered to be “an upgrade”. In reality, my bedroom was no longer available and they made it look like they were offering me an upgrade. What they offered was way less beautiful than what I booked, smaller and somewhere else. They only revealed that they messed up our booking when I asked if we could stay in the room we booked originally. Really bad experience for us. We are a family who travels a lot and I understand this can happen, what I do not liked is that they lied offering what they called “an upgrade”. I requested to cancel my reservation with no penalty. Let’s see.

First of all, it is on the outskirts of Ubud where Grab is not easily available. The room was filled with the smell of burning trash, so I had a headache, so I fought with my husband and asked for a refund for the remaining night, but I was even more upset because it seemed like I couldn't get a refund. Agoda also deleted the review. This is a hotel you really need to avoid. The area is also quite small, not 50 square meters.Birds pile up droppings on the terrace at night, making it smelly and unclean.

Worst accommodationI made a reservation for 3 nights, but was initially directed to an accommodation in a different building. I stayed one night and then moved to the original accommodation, but the room was too small. There were mosquitoes, ants, and even birds and bird droppings on the terrace. The accommodation is not clean and the staff are unfriendly.Above all, the smell of burning trash has been around since the evening, making my head hurt. I gave up one night without getting a refund. Never use it

Great place to stay. Large comfortable rooms with nice pool situated near Ubud town while also surrounded by temples and rice fields. The food in the restaurant didn’t meet our expectations, however.

We spent the first four days of our honeymoon here and loved it. Super nice hotel staff who are very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. The complex is very quiet. There is a scooter rental service directly attached and so you can drive directly towards Ubud or waterfalls, all of which are easily accessible by scooter. The breakfast is very tasty and you have a few options to choose from. The massage is also very good, even if it is a bit more expensive, but you are treated in your own room.

Our stay here was amazing and a perfect fit for what we were after with a great food offering on site, pool, spacious rooms and of course the wonderful staff.We stayed for 9 nights as two adults and a two year old to relax and unwind and were really happy with all elements of the accommodation.

We stayed 4 nights at this property in Ubud.We had booked a 2 bedroom suite but ended up being upgraded to their new akasha villa a 20 meter walk from the main building. The villa is made up of 2 huge bedrooms each with their own bathroom, gigantic common areas and a swimming pool to share with the villa next door.The cleanliness was perfect as well as the service! You can ask what you want at reception via Whatsapp and it is brought to the villa. Very practical.The pool was at the perfect temperature.The place is out of the way from the city center which is 20 minutes by car (but a trip by taxi or grab (equivalent to Uber) costs 3 euros).No traffic noise but a night shared with dogs and roosters. Personally, it didn’t bother me :)Small downside for breakfast: à la carte but very poor choice and not great in terms of taste.
