The place is clean, aesthetic. Even though the entrance to the homestay is bad, it can be tolerated because it's not too far from the main road, the place is nice and goes straight to the lake which is suitable for children to play in the water. But the karoke music was on until 2 in the morning. Really disrupts sleep time. I want to continue staying, but I'm hesitant because my sleep isn't quality. Even though the other services are good and according to the price.

The place is very comfortable and safe.When you bring your family here.2-story room with lots of beds, can accommodate up to 10 people. 🤩.Inside there is also a stove, rice cooker, TV, ceiling fan and lots of sockets.At a price of 1.2 million per night, it's quite worth it.Highly recommend.

The accommodation is in the form of an aesthetic villa house that is cozy & kids friendly. A safe, comfortable & calm atmosphere suitable for a holiday avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. In front it directly faces a stretch of rice fields, on the right side there is a view of Lake Toba & Mount Pusuk Buhit. The staff is friendly & alert when we need help/requests. The interior is neat, on the 1st floor there is a double bed, wide mattress & mattress, mini kitchen and equipment, also a clean bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are 2 wide beds & a balcony at the front for relaxing. C/I 27 April 2024 for 1.5 million all in, it seems worth it. You can also swim/play in the water at the beach, it's just that there are lots of water hyacinth plants which disturb the cleanliness &/beauty of the beach. Maybe you need to think about controlling these wild plants more. There is a cafe & speakers are provided for those who want to do karaoke. Overall it's nice, love it.

The place is comfortable with a calm village atmosphere, we hold religious services, it's also comfortable, at night you can have fun karoke, berbeq is also allowed, the room has only just been opened for 1 month, in conclusion we have been satisfied for the last 2 nights with the service from the owner, our resident Sitanggang. friendly and from this location it is close to the location of Sibea Bea, Hot Spring, Pangururan City, JBT Tano Ponggol, Tomok, Simanindo etc.Exactly on 21.04.2023 we took a break at this place, checked in at 17.25 WIB with a total of 10 families, : 36 members, from kel. Mamre Rgn GBKP administrator Tj. Sari Mdn.

Feels lucky found this guest house in Samosir since other hotels are booked during high season. We found it in Google Maps. This is a newly opened guest house.
Each house could accommodate up to 8 persons which cost only IDR 1,500,000. The only downside is the only one bathroom for 8 people. For the rest, its awesome experience for me.

Enter for this accommodation, maybe you can add more bathrooms. It's also a bit difficult if there's only 1 bathroom, so the family has to fight over it, hehehe... for the kitchen, maybe you could provide a gas stove with 2 burners. Bigger sink. On the 2nd floor, maybe a trash can and fan could be provided. But over all the facilities are very good, the owner also responds quickly. Thank you very much for great service. Next trip, definitely come here again.
