There is a very family atmosphere, like coming home. Everyone here is lovely, attentive, giving advice on travel and food. I was very impressed with my first visit to Chiang Khan.

The room next to the Mekong River has a good view. There is a cafe next to it with communal seating and a relaxing atmosphere. The room will have the feel of a wooden house, keeping the old style. If anyone likes it like this, I think they'll like it. The front is next to the walking street, so it's easy to walk anywhere or ride a bicycle. The accommodation is free to borrow.

Lovely accommodations, warm service by a team of aunties waiting to welcome you. It's like we are children and grandchildren coming back to visit our auntie at her house in the provinces. The accommodation focuses on self-service, very make-your-own-at-home. There is a private, secure parking lot with a good lock and key fence.The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, there is hot water. Anyone who likes vintage style must love it. As per the cover, you can reserve directly through the accommodation website yourself. Recommend a waterfront room. It's good! Affordable price 1500-2500. Accommodation does not have equipment such as toothbrushes. Cotton buds, bring your own if you don't have any. There is a small Lotus near the accommodation. There is no TV, but who wants to watch? Drinking nature is very enjoyable. There are bicycles to ride for free.Anyone who is afraid of gecko lizards like me can rest easy, there won't be any bothering you to see them. There's not even a sound 🥰 The breakfast is delicious and diverse, focusing on general Thai food.The accommodation also has a cafe. The drinks and cakes are pretty good.P.S. The room is not soundproof. Even the sound of brushing your teeth The sound of the shower from the next room can still be heard.

Beautiful rooms, good sleep. Opening the balcony, the view along the Mekong River is very beautiful. Plus it's located on a walking street. You can walk around and buy things to eat and use conveniently. There are free bicycles available, very convenient.

Impressed with my first visit to Chiang Khan. With Huean Yai Bubba's accommodation, you get the atmosphere of a beautiful, clean room.Delicious breakfast Grandma and the service staff are very good. Came to stay with 6 friends, reserved 2 rooms. If there is a chance, I will come and stay again.

Clean accommodation, good atmosphere, inexpensive price, and excellent service. There is free breakfast provided. There is a service to borrow bicycles to ride and admire the atmosphere in the evening. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Chiang Khan, I recommend it.

It so heritage 100 years wooden house
Like a lovely relatives house, when you stay at this hotel like you visit your grandma’s house. Lovely by the Khong River front and feel like home.

Real homely place. The staffs are very friendly. It’s the experience of staying with your relatives who stay outside the city. You got the lovely view of Khong river in the lobby. The doors close around 10pm so if you’ll be out beyond that, there’s a side gate you can use. Floor boards are really creaky. It didn’t bother me but some people may find it annoying. It is just part if the experience tho.

It is a truly original house and the upstairs bedroom is very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom is ok so the water is strong. Went in December and slept with the door open to receive the cool breeze from the Lao side. I really liked it.

Service and atmosphere are good, but if you sleep in the middle room you have to come to terms with the noise next to the room. Because it doesn't keep sound. If he doesn't talk loudly in his room, we'll be tired.

Very pleasant welcome by 2 lovely English speaking ladies. The ladies run the establishment with a strong hand and respect for the building. The price is on the high side 1800TB with a coupon for breakfast 100TB included for a neighboring restaurant. But 100% worth the money.The building is in a traditional wooden style, allowing the ambient sounds to play freely. The evening market in the street, the view of the Mekong, offerings to the mendicants in the morning, make it worth staying in the middle of the action. At night it is very quiet in the neighborhood.

The atmosphere is cute, warm, very friendly, clean, next to the Mekong River. There is a balcony on the 2nd floor where you can sit and sip a beer and admire the view of the Mekong River. The accommodation is on Soi 11. There is parking available on Soi 15 and there is a good lock.
