DANGER! Ev. FAKE HOTEL!!We missed the ferry from Malaysia to Indonesia because our Grab Taxi came into a police checkpoint.I immediately contacted the accommodation to inform them that we could no longer make it to Indonesia.I NEVER received a response. I have sent the request for a refund of the amount I have already paid. NEVER heard anything.Therefore maybe fake hotel?P.S. Read the requirements for guests carefully, marriage contract must be presented.

The most TRASH hotel in Indonesia, service is not clear, every second the price goes up... you have to check this really well

The last time I stayed here, I got a super narrow room. It's a bit difficult to move. If I wanted to pray in my room, I was confused because the room space was really small. Even though the concept is sharia. The parking lot for cars is still not spacious enough. Maybe only for 3 or 4 cars. The rest is roadside parking. Hopefully there will be further improvements.

The BEST and everything works fine. The bathroom is clean, the water is smooth, the mattress is soft, the sheets and blankets smell clean. Soft pillow. The officers are friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to snacks
