This hotel is terrible. I have ordered and paid via Travelola and it was rejected on the grounds that I no longer cooperate with Travelola, Oyo and other e-commerce. I was told to refund via the application, and asked to pay normally. I asked for a refund on the grounds that the hotel was no longer collaborating with e-commerce. When Traveloka confirmed to the receptionist, I didn't know what the answer was, but my refund status was rejected by the hotel 😩😩

DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!SCAM HOTEL. The hotel has no relationship with Traveloka (the MANAGER says there) Money CANNOT be refunded. The hotel manager doesn't want to take responsibility and brings in outside parties to solve the problem. There is no way out of this problem. I suggest you don't stay at this hotel if you are on holiday in Sidikalang...
