The worst hotel I've been to.We got a smaller room than booked, it was dusty, the bathroom was leaking. There was no WiFi even though booking.com.said there was. Only a hot spot near the reception. The food was bad, ans the place was full of dogs who were getting on the TABLES (come on, unhygienic and disgusting).We also booked a car and when it was late and we inquired nothing was done for over an hour. Absolutely atrocious.

Dirty and traumatising. Pictures don’t look the same in real life, as it’s not well maintained. As soon as we checked in, the room smelled like urine, as I went to pee, turned out the whole toilet seat was covered in pee. Plus, they don’t change the sheets. We saw dirty hand marks on the sheets & pillow cases were stinky. The floor never got mopped, that’s for sure! We used our own sheets, pillow cases, and our own pillows after all from the car. So disgusting. It was a traumatising experience to be in the smelly environment for that long.

Maybe in its heyday it was good, the garden was also good, I wanted to give it 5 stars but for the progress of the management and the attention of future guests, I had to give it 1 star. We checked many rooms and they were dusty, the toilets were dirty. So I mopped myself and asked the innkeeper to clean the toilet and change the bed sheets first. They are friendly and ready to help and clean, but it would be better if cleanliness was always maintained. It's a shame for a place as beautiful as this with its views and relaxing river.

Very friendly and quality service, we were a group of around 30 people, for 3 days.Our impression was that the service was very satisfying when the fire 🔥 and grilled corn were continuously assisted, breakfast, lunch and dinner were abundant, healthy and nutritious, during the event there were no problems because in the hall, generators were available and sound and loudspeakers. Thank you for everything.. There are many other services that I cannot mention one by one.. Thank you, I hope they continue to survive and continue to improve..Maybe our suggestion is just to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom 🙏🙏🙏

This is my first visit to stay at Wisma Sibayak. The name of this hotel is Wisma Sibayak and it collaborates with Red Doorz. So if you want to get more discounts, book this accommodation via the Red Doorz application, for prices per night starting from 200 thousand to 1.2 million. including discount prices, the area for parking cars in this place is spacious and comfortable, the front terrace is also green and spacious, equipped with swing facilities and you can also have a barbeque party with friends and family at this place, the place is in Tongging and not far from the inn you can see the beauty of Lake Toba and the mountains, when we came here there were several parts of this place that were under renovation, and this place also provides a restaurant and mini bar, various alcoholic drinks are also available here, it's just that there is no wifi can be accessed, the officer said it was damaged, the door to our room also yesterday the door handle could barely be used anymore, and for the restaurant the coffee was quite good, but there were no plugs available at every seat in the restaurant and there was no wifi so it wasn't enough comfortable in my opinion, plus when we ordered breakfast yesterday we didn't cook enough fried rice, the rice was very hard and the spices didn't taste enough, we complained to the waiter but there was no response, my suggestion is that on weekends, please cook more rice because in this area It's a bit difficult to find breakfast for hotel visitors, of course they hope that the hotel manager will serve a delicious and pocket-friendly menu. And for the waiters, it's best to serve the dishes, it's a good idea to take a shower or wash your face first so we can enjoy looking at it.
