The price is quite cheap, 200 thousand. but there are many minuses. The cupboard door was broken, the shower for hot water was useless, the TV was broken, nothing special. The bed is dirty! Are there nail clippings on the bed? Is this being cleaned or what? That's why for friends who are staying overnight, don't be too diligent in cleaning everything in your room. Yes, it's like this, other customers who stay overnight get zonked out because they are not cleaned and sorted out by the accommodation. Because of what? Because it looks clean according to them. I'm sorry in advance, but I'm a bit disappointed. So it's a shame that with 200 thousand dollars, there are no equipment, toothpaste towels, toothbrushes or bottled drinks such as mineral water are not provided. Is it okay to store tap water in the electric kettle provided for us to drink?fortunately there is a restaurant across the road to eat and drink. I'm so sorry ahhh.Hopefully you'll pay more attention. It's a shame that the room is that big, the facilities are damaged and not clean.

The hot water service doesn't work well, but if it's just for resting at night it's enough. There is no view to be seen. However, it is quite close to Parbaba white sand beach, so there is no need to park your vehicle anymore

The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a water heater for bathing and a hot water kettle if we need hot water for drinking. The price is pocket friendly. Walk a little back and immediately bathe on the sandy beach, I really like it. Thanks Pariban Homestay.

The service was very good, when I arrived at the location I had not yet made a booking but the team was quick to welcome questions... The rooms were spacious, but it happened that the room smelled of cigarettes and stuck to the linen, pillows and bed sheets, the price was suitable for budget travelers or just needed a bed for the night for those who were holiday, strategic location close to Parbaba white sand beach, maybe the Reddoorz sign at the front can be enlarged because it is in the same area as the Parbaba hotel. In the room there is a bathroom, but it doesn't have a fan, to get around this I opened the room window facing outside. To book, you can go through Reddoorz. Coincidentally, I got it for 100k per night.

The room is quite spacious but there are no toothpaste, glasses, toothbrushes available, there are only towels, the TV is broken. The lights are dim. The service is very bad, the information on the check in application is at 2 pm we have already stayed at the location waiting at half past 2 pm, the receptionist or service person comes to the location at half past 3 pm and the room hasn't been cleaned at all. WORSE I ordered on the A*oda application he said My name didn't come up, in fact the waiter didn't understand how to look for the tickets I had ordered, he insisted until we debated for 2 ½ hours just because he said the tickets I booked didn't come up on their computer and what's worse is the father who claims to be the brother-in-law of the owner of RedDoorz. told us to ask RedDoorz directly even though in fact it was not our responsibility as customers. After my friend confirmed that it was indeed the receptionist who didn't understand to look at our booking tickets even though my name was clearly written on their computer! HELLO it took me 2 ½ hours to eat WEHH! and they say the Ag*da application is a wind application. Oh my, the service is really bad. There's no need to say sorry to us, our grandfather is considered a passing wind. That's money that's hard to earn. 300 thousand isn't cheap, so he just wants to waste it even though the service is negligent.

The location is on the side of the road, so you can definitely hear the sound of vehicles passing on the road, close to the beach, looking for food is easy, especially considering the price is only around 130k/night, you could say it's goodThe only minus is that there is no AC, there are no toiletries provided... the bed is also not very comfortable, it makes a little noise🤣Yes, for those looking for accommodation just to sleep and store things, this is really worth it👍*forgot the front photo*

Affordable prices, clean rooms with wifi n strategic location near the main road and near the edge of Lake Toba.But unfortunately, when we were sleeping, the TV was interrupted. But it doesn't matter because everyone is tired and goes straight to bed.Basically recommended.

The receptionist is not friendly, has no initiative and doesn't care. When I first entered the bathroom, I went to the toilet and apparently there was still some people's feces left in the toilet, hahaha. Can't rest in peace because of the noise from outside. Suggestion: The glass in the shower should be closed because it is visible from the outside.
