The rooms are fragrant and clean, but unfortunately the AC is directly in front of your face, the position of the guest house is great if you want to find non-halal food, just walk straight away...

hello, I just went to Siantar last week and stayed at this hotel, this hotel has a good location, close to the city center and souvenirsThe security guard is quite friendly because he directs you where to park and it's safe too, the hotel is quite small for its lobby and the parking lot is also quite small. What I saw was that if the hotel was full, the parking lot wouldn't fit anymoreThe reception is small, there is a welcome drinkfor the price, it's really good and worth it...all facilities are complete, wifi is fast when used on a cellphone, hot water kettle, hot shower, closet and sink are all functioning normallyjust additional suggestions with the aim of improving servicethe wifi device needs to be replaced, my suggestion is the ruijie rap 2200f 1 floor 3 bji, because the current one is still a home access point, not for business... so if you want to have YouTube access, it's very slow.

The rooms are okay, only the service is lacking. Parking for overnight guests is not prioritized, they are forced to park outside.

Overall good. Wifi and internet are smooth, just don't like the AC unit directly hitting the bed. For breakfast which is just spaghetti and coffee with milk, it might be better to eliminate it and cut the room price because in the city of Siantar there are lots of people selling breakfast which will definitely improve the local economy.

The experience of staying here was not being able to sleep soundly at night because of the echoing sound from the karaoke on the 5th floor. So think carefully before booking a room to stay here. Nightmares! Give up!

First time staying at Davinci Pematang Siantar, the location is in the city center, around the guesthouse there are lots of delicious culinary delights, dumpling noodles, kok thong coffee, grocery stores, etc. Cars can be parked inside. There is an elevator and lobby on the 1st floor. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, there is wifi, Netflix, breakfast, coffee/tea and mineral water, toothbrush and liquid soap. There is a 100k deposit which will be returned when checking out. I forgot to take the deposit when checking out, then in the evening I contacted via cellphone assisted by Mr. Hargino, the manager and immediately followed up by checking the CCTV footage, finally I was contacted back and the next day it was immediately transferred to my account, thank you for the good response. 🙏

This was my 2nd visit to this wisma. Not much improvements we got. The room was simple. Water heather didnt work at all, so we got only cold water. Aircond was good. The bed was too old, time to renew. It was too soggy. Door and wall were not sound-resist, the karaoke was crazy disturbance.Location was GREAT. Whatever you want to have meal, just "ngesot" a while.
