The bed wasn't clean, there were lots of ants... The mattress was uncomfortable, it broke my waist, the bathroom was really dirty, the table and vanity mirror had never been wiped... Finally at 02.00 I checked out of the hotel room because it was really uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep. .. Hotel for 400 thousand, with substandard facilities.. The service is also a mess.. The lights go out again.... Forgive me.... I'll never come back for the rest of my life...

Can't be called a hotel. When you first entered, there was still a no smoking sign in the lobby, but the hotel employees were sitting perched at the head of the lobby sofa, smoking, throwing cigarette ash on the lobby floor. Entering the room smells fishy and smells like rotten eggs. Ask for air freshener to be sprayed instead of ironing spray. He said that the superiors were not given air freshener facilities. The bathroom had traces of soap, the trash was not emptied.

Very bad, the room smelled fishy, dirty, they said there was hot water but there wasn't. The service wasn't friendly, it said no smoking but the waiter smoked in front of that word and the cigarette butts were scattered around. The point is it's not good, 1 star is not worthy of being called a hotel👎

The water in the bathroom is very small, the hot water is off, the TV is off, the mattress is damp and makes it itchy, the floor of the room is very oily, there is no electric kettle, the bathroom is very dirty. Disgusting.

Noisy during break times. Even though we were tired from the long journey to this place. The fact that I can't rest because it's so noisy. The room facilities are ordinary, the bathroom is yellow, the hot water is not hot. When I set it to maximum heat, the result was lukewarm to cool. It's not worth it for the price. Please the owner/manager, make it better and more interesting. It's just a shame because the location is already quite attractive because it should be close to the lake. Even though I haven't seen it yet because it was already night (dark) when I got here. But the room facilities and contents as well as the tranquility are not yet supportive.

This hotel ruined my family's holiday... June 17 at 20.00 checked in 2 rooms with the hope of being able to shower & sleep soundly. Preeettttt... it turns out all the facilities are dirty!!!! the room smells, the bathroom smells, the water comes out a little, they say there is hot water... the reality is it's zonk! Only normal water comes out a little, the bathtub leaks. The bed sheets were dirty because they looked like they had just been moved in and there were pubic hairs on them. Disgusting!! First, when the maid complained about the smell, the maid came to spray the room. What do you spray with? Use dish soap water. CrazyThe one that made my blood boil... I complained to the receptionist, instead of talking in a humble way, I actually encouraged him. Hey, do you know yourself... our prices are in peak season, you ask for a deposit of 100 thousand/room, okay... ehh, your standard is only cheap inns but they look like 5 stars. Hi management, just change the name of your hotel to cheap guesthouse so that it is comparable to the actual conditions. Don't lie to consumers.

It can't be called a hotel yet, a boarding room is still better, the windows are broken, the bathroom is dirty. The surrounding environment, stairs, hallways are also dirty. Garbage is piling up, really don't recommend it. Moreover, during high season the price is 600,000 per night. Very different from the photo.

Worst hotel in my life during peak season, price Rp. 600,000,-, it's not a problem for me the price is increased during peak season but at least the cleanliness of the rooms is paid attention to during peak season, the quality is like a guesthouse, the price is 50 thousand per night, the room is extraordinarily dirty, the bathroom smells crazy, the smell is extraordinary, in the corner of the room there is lizard poop everywhere , the room was really smelly, the small table was really dirty, the table was dusty, it was my turn to complain that it had just been cleaned and it was also cleaned as is, complained to the receptionist and house keeping, they had an excuse to say that they had just worked at this hotel, this was crazy, the service was in disarray, the terrace corridor full of dirt, maybe it was swept but the dirt wasn't taken using a rubbish bin but it was piled in a corner, the cobwebs in the corner of the window were very bad, the outside terrace was all full of lizard droppings, I provided all the photo evidence so that it could be seen by other people who want to go on holiday to Samosir .
