I stayed on July 30 2024, room 309, price 320.Suggestions: it would be better to improve the cleanliness of the room, toilet, because the toilet when I was staying was not clean, the floor was dirty,Hopefully it will be better in the future,

Had an unpleasant experience at this hotel, booked via Traveloka. When checking in you were asked to deposit 100 thousand, I thought this was normal. When checking out I asked for a deposit back, the staff said they don't charge a deposit when booking via Traveloka. Here I started to get strange with the staff's reasons, I asked to be found with the staff who accepted me at check out but was rejected on the grounds that the staff was not on duty. Then I asked to speak to the duty manager, and the reason was that the duty manager was not there. It's crazy, the money isn't much but why is the staff service like this? Is this what the hotel management is training for?

Room is large and well equipped. Unfortunately not entirely clean, especially for the price. Sanitary works but the cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. The keycode had to be reinserted a few times. Of course it was expected here where no western tourists probably come. The staff made an effort and bed linen was changed daily. They were usually very amazed and asked for photos. It was practical that there was also a mall in the building with extremely friendly staff. Breakfast could be spiced up in a western style. I tried a few dishes and they were very tasty. So that you don't have to eat on the street, there is also a CFC like KFC and a café with Italian coffee specialties.

The air conditioner in the room is not cold. Maybe you forgot to service it.

New Hotel but Looks Old. Zero maintenance, the bed only has springs, the foam is thin and not suitable, the sheets are smelly and rarely changed, the breakfast is strange and there are few choices, asked for an omelette at night to be charged, once given criticism and suggestions, but still no improvement. Not Recommended.

The room was dirty, the paint in the room had changed color, the lights were dim, the toilet floor was badly slippery with mold and mildew, the toilet walls were the same as the dirty floor, the toilet looked like it had never been brushed yellow once. Luckily the mattress didn't have any fleas

The information on Google Maps should be managed up to date so that there is no misuse by irresponsible individuals. Hotel operational constraints must be the management's main concern. Especially on national holidays because there are so many visitors. Hopefully we will continue to evaluate so that it gets better.
