I had a very pleasant stay in November 2022. The rooms were clean and it was close to the Chiang Khan Walking Street, the temples and the hills surrounding the town. The owner, Tar, is very hospitable and informative. He and his family were very helpful to me as a solo traveler throughout my stay. Thank you very much and I'll recommend the guesthouse to my friends!

Stayed 2/1/64, top floor next to rooftop. The atmosphere is good. The room has convenient equipment. But there's no TV. There are seats for drinks outside the building, which is considered a good atmosphere. Mother is kind and talks very friendly.

It is a place to stay in a two-storey house, the price is not expensive.The property has a private parking lot, able to park approximately four cars. You should call the property first to inform whether there will be parking or not.Rooms that are two-person rooms have air conditioning. As for the large room, there is no air conditioner, it is a fan room. There are many fans. Coming in the winter when the weather is cool is considered good. But the price is very cheap. Can sleep six or seven people. It cost a few baht per person.The bathroom does not have a private bathroom. There is a shared bathroom, three bathrooms and two sinks. The bathrooms are clean and have shampoo and soap provided.Accommodation has coffee and breakfast, near 7-Eleven, easy to walk to the walking street.

I booked through Agoda. When I arrived, I told someone first come first served at the counter. I ran the car from Khao Kho and concluded that the reservation form was meaningless.
