A hotel with a location right next to the Center Point mall. So it's easy to find food and go for a walk. Clean, neat hotel. The room is not too spacious but quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, even when we were going to sorry and the weather was drizzling, the staff quickly took us with umbrellas to the mall. From the airport you can take the MRT, get off Medan station. The distance from the station to the hotel is very close, especially if you go through the mall, it doesn't feel far.

My stay here was a horrible experience :)The first thing I noticed when I entered the room, there was only one plug. I ordered two rooms, my room had one plug, my friend's room had two even though they were both rooms for 2 adults. Not clear.Second, Medan was raining at that time and do you know what happened? My room was wet when I came home, the window was leaking :) Complaint was filed, the response seemed to be waiting for them to take a nap or something, REALLY LONG. Then someone came to the room to check, he took a photo of the condition of the room using his cellphone and I was asked whether I wanted to move rooms or not, the answer was for sure yes, I didn't want the room to be so wet. Then the person went again to report and process the room change and that also took a VERY LONG time. Finally, after 5 years, there was an answer BUT "there are no more empty rooms, mother". At that point I was already so freaking tired, I didn't argue anymore and just asked for help cleaning the room and they were okay with it. Then what happen? THAT'S RIGHT, I'M WAITING AGAIN! VERY LONG COEG! Then when they come to clean their room, what do you use, do you know? USE A HOTEL TOWEL TO CLEAN THE FLOOR 😭😭 I'm also like... what... speechless, really speechless, luckily I brought my own towel from home.Third, my friend was using a towel and wanted to change it. Usually, if you want to replace a hotel towel, you just put it on the bed in used condition, right? You took the towel away but didn't replace it with a new one?????Real is not clear, there will be no second time here. I know budget hotels, I also don't expect five star service but that doesn't mean I can be careless like that. At least be decent. That's all. Just be careful if you want to stay here.

A hotel with a strategic location, close to malls, restaurants and minimarkets. the room is not very spacious but very comfortable. the service is very good and the price in my opinion is very affordable. close to the airport train station (can walk).

The hotel is located in the Center Point Mall area, precisely behind the mall. I have stayed at this hotel several times, the average hotel rate is around IDR 370 thousand and above, actually quite expensive when compared to other hotels in Medan with the same price.The rooms at this hotel are modern and bright but small and cramped. There is no cupboard in this hotel room but there is a small table and chairs for eating facing the window. On the side of the bed there is a kind of gap in the wooden partition for placing small bags, drinks and so on. For drinking water, use a refill system at the dispenser located in the floor corridor.The bathroom is also very narrow and small, even the toilet is very close to the wall and bathroom door.There is no room service available at this hotel because there is no restaurant (there used to be one but is now being renovated). There are room options with windows and some without windows, but even if they have windows the view is only of the shophouse complex behind the CP mall.The hotel lobby is small, there is a small coffee shop next to the lobby with a limited choice of drink menu. The receptionist is quite friendly and helpful, but sometimes if you check out past 12 noon you will continue to be called by the receptionist.The advantage of this hotel is its strategic location because it is in the CP mall complex so it is not difficult if you want to shop or find places for food and entertainment. This hotel is also not far from Medan railway station, Merdeka Walk, Murni Teguh Hospital, Kesawan heritage area, Podomoro apartments, Medan City Hall, Benteng Square, etc.Parking at this hotel is also free anywhere as long as it is within the CP complex area. For parking, an overnight parking fee of around IDR 16 thousand is charged.You can get to this hotel from the entrance to the CP complex, either from Jalan Java, Jalan Timor or Jalan Veteran.
