OYO app is very bad now.I've ordered almost 5 times via the application, I've paid but the hotel said I had to pay cash. There are also other hotels that say the rooms are full even though the application says the rooms are empty and I have already paid.OYO Customer Service said my refund would be paid, but it has been 2 weeks since the refund process was completed.

Never book a Beatrix hotel via the application because the payment will be considered forfeited, and we will be charged again... quite disappointed

I already paid in full on the application but when it arrived I was asked for more twice as much. If you don't want to pay extra, you won't be allowed to check in and will be left alone without any responsibility
