A resort-style hotel, the price is too cheap for the extraordinary facilities and experience.Feels like living in a Balinese villa.For this class of hotel in the area, it is too good.The service is friendly, the rooms are clean.There is no room service, so the rooms don't smell like food, they want all guests to feel comfortable. Because not all guests can maintain personal hygiene, let alone maintain cleanliness for others.The food in the restaurant is all delicious, it's no wonder ministers and state officials often eat here.Recommendation by my friend who is also a local regional official. THE BEST!

For a hotel as luxurious as this, the food isn't good (can't you hire a chef?), the room you're staying in is made next door (there's a house separating it), there's no room service, it's better to look for another hotel. The strange thing is that there is only one type of breakfast, fried rice, and it doesn't taste good. Not suitable for families. Hopefully it's fixed..

The service is very good, we are not forced to share 2 people in one room and they won't get excited if we cook Indomie if we cook it on the terrace of the room. I don't know whether the location is strategic or not because I just stopped at Dolok Sanggul. In my opinion, the room is really worth the price because the price is 350 thousand, there is a water heater, TV, mattress but it is not soft enough, Wifi runs smoothly, the minus of a normal hotel is that there is no air conditioning but it is very understandable because the Dolok Sanggul area is cold. The hotel structure is very complicated and complex because there are lots of stairs and they branch out.There is a garden, 3 types of children's games, and a fish pond.

Luxurious hotel, but a bit quiet, the location is a bit far from the main road, the service at the restaurant is also a bit lacking. Yesterday I asked for green tea and my friend asked for sanger which came but both were sanger.

Owners / Managers are very sensitive to input on the total quality of business management..There is no welcome drink in the room, it is provided in the aisle between the rooms, but availability is not always checked, or maybe many guests share it. However, when we contacted it, it was immediately replaced quickly (fast response).Breakfast is not a buffet, but the packages provided are plentiful and enough to fill you up: lappet, sweet tea, water, juice, fried rice etc...

The experience of eating twice, communication with the waiter was not connected, the fried vermicelli was a bit soft and lacked salt. Apart from that, the parking is spacious, the place is nice and attractive from the front to the inside. First time staying at Dolok Sanggul.It's quite rare to find good hotels in the Humbahas area. Well, I met this Martin.The food is delicious. Especially the andaliman fried rice.The staff service is very alert, friendly, smiling.The size of the room is very large, spacious, cool. Tight bidet. The shower is also strong. ๐๐ผ

The pickles are very, very sweet, just touching your tongue is so sweet. The crackers are vanilla flavored and have the aroma of fried banana.
