just one night in January 2024. Busy construction activity. No pool. Very noisy. Difficult to find at night without local knowledge. No street lighting ;-)

The room is clean, complete with appliances, cool air conditioner, a little far from the walking street, for people without a car it might be a long walk. We have a motorbike so there's no problem.💕

Not very happy with booking a room. We called and the employee said, "There is 1 room that has been reserved." So we agreed to continue booking. and is traveling I was told that I would arrive around 3 -4 p.m. while traveling. The hotel called back. Then tell us “Rooms that have been reserved are now no longer available for reservation, customers. A customer has come to stay.” In other words, we felt very confused and just replied, “Yes,” meaning we didn't know how to answer. Is the owner of the property able to let it slip like this continuously? And customers who continue to reserve must find a room just in case? If we do it like this What kind of room reservation is this?

Sleep at Wamin Resort, 600 a night, new room, clean, quiet. Not far from the walking street. Suitable for relaxation, good value for money if you want recreation. Recommend the pool villa...Personally, I don't like the entrance road which is a bit narrow. Cars and motorcycles are still difficult with parking. No more than 6 cars can park. You have to cross to park in the pool villa zone.

The room is clean. But it's a bit stuck. Everything is good. Notified of incorrect check-out time Then come tell us why you overstayed your time. Plus, the check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m. I've never seen that before.

Clean accommodation, inexpensive price, strong shower, cool air conditioner (summer requires waiting for the air conditioner to work for a while). It is quite far from the walking street. But it's worth the price.

Clean accommodation, good service, good water flow, but the toilet doesn't flush well. The room door is locked. I don't know when it opens by itself. It's like it can't be locked or not completely closed. I was asleep and woke up shocked that it was daytime.

There was a problem with soundproofing in the review, but the room I stayed in, Room 2, was on the street side, but it was quiet, had good water pressure, and at 600 baht per day, it seemed like a really good value for money!!

Introducing Varmint Accommodation in Chiang Khan here is very good. Clean accommodation, convenient parking. There is a maid who cleans the room every day. Near the walking street Near Phu Thok, close to many other tourist attractions.There is Nong Saddam waiting to welcome you as well😍

Stayed on 25/12/66, room price 800 baht, clean room, good water flow, room is not soundproof, can hear people talking outside in the next room. Parking is quite a bit. (There is no shampoo. Travelers should prepare.) Overall, it is considered to be at a good level.

Please fix the curtains. Too much light from outside lights entering the room. Makes it difficult to sleep at night and the light from the air conditioner is too bright...

The room is considered good, water, refrigerator, air conditioning room.There is a kettle, the only thing is broken, it is a bit far from the walking street, there is wifi but not very strong, 7/11 away.
